REPUBLIC DAY COMPERING SCRIPT

Avantika- A very good morning to all the dignitaries, Principal Ma’am and everyone present
here we extend our heartfelt gratitude to each one of you and specially to our chief guest Air
commodore MK Sharma Mrs Parul Sharma, and Arti Prasad ma'am for gracing the occasion ,as
we celebrate our 76th Republic Day.

Before we go ahead, let us have the school prayer—I would request you all to please stand .

To begin this auspicious celebration, I would like to request our esteemed chief guest to hoist
the national flag.

Nija – I would request everyone to stand for the National Anthem.

Avantika- Each year we the Students of Soami Nagar Model School come together to celebrate
this day with a sense of pride and zeal.

Nija- याद रखेंगे वीरों तुमको हरदम, यह बलिदान तुम्हारा है,

हमको तो है जान से प्यारा यह गणतंत्र हमारा है।

इस दिन के लिए वीरो ने अपना खून बहाया है,

झूम उठो देशवासियों गणतंत्र दिवस फिर आया है।

Nija- आज का दिन केवल एक तारीख नहीं बल्कि यह हमारे संविधान के सम्मान का दिन है| Republic
Day is not just an event in history it marks the beginning of a new phase for India- A journey of
democracy, equality and self governance under the guiding principles of our constitution it is
the day to reflect upon our journey and responsibilities.

Avantika- To celebrate patriotism on this special day- our little stars of class 2 are coming to set
the stage on fire!!

Nija- Let's give them a huge round of applause, they have really added cheer!!

Avantika- Now let us look at the liveliness and enthusiasm of our class 3 and 4 students who
will be presenting a drill.

Avantika- What a splendid performance this was- we must encourage them with appreciation
and applause!

Nija- हमारे संविधान ने हमें न केवल अधिकार दिए, बल्कि हमें हमारे कर्तव्यों से भी अवगत
करवाया।
“लोकतंत्र की रचना है ये

हर वर्ग का गहना है ये

यह संविधान नहीं एक सपना है

हर भारतीय का अपना है।’’

Nija- The students of SNMS are really fond of swirling and twirling- so another dance full of
exuberance— by class 5

Nija- Beautiful performance—well done class 5

Avantika- हम मानते हैं कि हमारा देश सबसे pyara है --पर देश का युवा हमारा कल है--
और जब तक आने वाले कल में ताकत ना हो-- देश ताकतवर कैसे बनेगा?-- तो आ रहे हैं
कक्षा 6 7 8 के छात्र youth empowerment पर एक नुक्कड़ नाटक प्रस्तुत करने|
Avantika- Waah! Waah! Sahi kaha—yuvaon ko सशक्त banana he hai!!
Nija- Toh abhi kuch aur jhoomna aur gaana baaki hai---- aa rahe hai kaksha 7 aur 8 ki kuch
chaatrayein phir se dhoom machane ke liye!
Avantika- Wow! What a lovely performance it was!!
Avantika- Next up, we have a soul-stirring song presentation by classes 9,10 and 11. Their
voices will surely fill our hearts with pride for our country. Let’s welcome them with a round of
applause!

Avantika- What an uplifting performance! Thank you to the choir for filling our hearts with
melody and love for India.

Nija- And now, it is our great pleasure to invite our esteemed Chief Guest, to please come
forward and grace the stage with a few inspiring words on this momentous occasion.
Nija- Thank you Sir for gracing us with your presence and sharing your valuable insight with us.
Avantika- To make this day more ardent and splendid, It is our honour to invite our most
favourite Arti Prasad ma’am to please step on stage and share your thoughts with us.
Nija- Arti ma’am, your presence here means a lot to us and your words have truly inspired us.
Thank you.

Avantika- As we near the conclusion of today’s program, let us take a moment to thank all
those who made this celebration possible.

Nija- A big thank you to our Principal Ma’am, teachers, and participants who contributed their
time and effort. And, of course, a heartfelt thanks to all of you, our wonderful audience, for
your enthusiasm and support.
Nija- Wishing you all a very happy Republic Day!
