Exercise: Converting Informal Phrases to Formal Phrases

Below are sentences with informal phrases. Rewrite them to make them more formal and
professional.

Example:
Informal: We need to sort out this mess ASAP.
Formal: We need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Informal Phrases Formal Phrases

1 Can you drop me a mail about it? Can you send me an email about it?

2 Let’s figure this out later. Let us resolve this later.

3 I’m fine with whatever works for you. I am fine with whichever option you prefer.

4 We’re cool with the plan. We are in agreement with the plan.
