It is usually written in the third person and in indirect speech
Passive voice is used
The language is neutral and figurative
Ornamental language is avoided
The content should include answers to the questions ‘when’, ‘where’,
‘why’ and ‘how’ on the topic to be written about.
Personal pronouns are to be avoided.

Usually, an article is a piece of writing that is published in a
newspaper or magazine for guiding a large audience on a particular
topic or subject
An article must be organized so as to draw the attention of the readers
Points must not be repeated.

You can start with a quote related to the topic and then go with the
salutations and introduction.
Conclusion
Last but not the least, the concluding line, thanking the audience for their
cooperation and their patience. It is very important to conclude what you’ve
started. Never leave a speech or for that matter, any of your answers open-
minded.
