Event Guidelines
There is no on-spot registration, and the registration deadline is 22.02.2025, noon (12 PM). Each
participant can only be in one team and all ideas must be original. Teams must arrive on time
and follow all event guidelines. The judge’s decision will be final and binding.
General Event
Class 6 - 8 | 9 AM to 12 PM
BREAKDOWN SCIENCE
Students will explore a display of various products, each holding fascinating scientific
principles. Participants must select a product and explain the science behind it, showcasing
their understanding and analytical skills.The students who provide clear, accurate, and well-
articulated explanations will be considered.
RULES
• Present within the allotted time; judged on clarity, accuracy and presentation.
• Explain the science behind the product clearly and concisely.
TRASH TO TREASURE
This competition encourages students to showcase their creativity and craftsmanship using
recyclable materials. Teams will be given newspapers and cardboard to design a unique craft
within the time limit. Participants must bring their own tools and work efficiently to produce an
innovative and well-presented final product.
RULES
• Team must have two members.
• Use only provided recyclable materials. Bring your own basic tools (scissors, glue, tape, rope,
etc.).
QUIZ
• Teams of 2 (Grades 6–8 & 9–11). No on-spot registration.
• Answer each question within the allotted time; no extra time allowed.
• Cheating, prompting, or unauthorized discussions will lead to disqualification.
JAM
Participants will be given a topic and just one minute to speak on it without hesitation,
repetition, or deviation. Preparation time will be provided.
RULES
• Individual participation only.
• Preparation: 1 minute to prepare after the topic is given.
• Speaking Time: 1 minute to deliver the speech. Be concise and clear.
• Fluency: Speech must be in fluent English with no grammatical errors.
SKETCHATHON
THEME: GREEN INDIA
• Sketches must align with the theme announced at the event.
• Materials & Time: Use the provided A3 sheet; bring your own stationary.
• Any Medium can be used.
• Complete within the allotted time.
General Event
Class 9 - 11 | 9 AM to 12 PM
YOUNGPRENEUR PITCH
This competition challenges students to develop innovative business ideas. Participants will
pitch their ideas to judges, focusing on problem-solving and sustainability. The event promotes
creativity, teamwork and entrepreneurial thinking.
RULES
• Teams must have 2-3 members.
• Presentations must be professional and within time limits.
• Business ideas should be realistic, ethical, and creative.
• Judges will assess innovation, feasibility, and strategy
REASSEMBLE RELAY
This competition challenges students to test their problem-solving and technical skills. Each
team will receive a pre-dismantled product and must correctly reassemble it within the given
time. The goal is to ensure proper assembly and functionality.
RULES
• Teams must have two members.
• The product will be revealed on the spot and must be fully reassembled.
• The first team to properly assemble and demonstrate functionality wins.
PROJECT EXPO
THEME: RENEWABLE ENERGY
• Team Composition: 2 members per team.
• Project Guidelines: Must align with the theme, be original, innovative, and plagiarism-free.
• Presentation Time: 5 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A.
SKETCHATHON
THEME: VOICE OF INDIA: WHERE TECHNOLOGY MEETS PROGRESS
• Sketches must align with the theme announced.
• Materials & Time: Use the provided A3 sheet; bring your own stationary

General Workshop

INTRODUCTION TO AUTOMOBILES
This engaging workshop is designed to introduce school students to the fascinating world of
automobiles. Through hands-on activities, interactive demonstrations, and expert guidance,
students will gain a fundamental understanding of automobile engineering, mechanics, and
modern vehicle technology. The workshop aims to spark curiosity, develop technical knowledge,
and inspire young minds to explore careers in automotive engineering and related fields.
CRITICAL THINKING
Event encourages intellectual challenges, problem-solving, and creativity, enhancing
participants’ ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
CAREER EXPLORATION
Workshop offers an interactive session to help students discover their passions, strengths, and
future opportunities.

MUSIC
• Individual participation only.
• 2.5 minutes per performance (strictly enforced).
• Any genre; avoid vulgar language and political influences.
• Submit performing music to organizers by 23.02.2025, 12 PM.
• Use karaoke tracks or self-arranged live instruments.
• Inform organizers in advance.
DANCE EVENT
• Categories: Solo (Grades 6–8 & 9–11) and Group (2+ participants).
• Time Limit: 3 minutes for solo; 5 minutes for group performances (strictly enforced).
• Music: Any genre. Submit tracks by 23.02.2025, 12 PM. Inappropriate content is prohibited.
• Technical & Props: Inform organizers of technical needs in advance. Props allowed but self-
arranged.
• Judging: Based on choreography, expressions, synchronization (groups), stage presence, and
impact. Judges’ decisions are final.
