Job Description for Mechanical Engineer

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical engineering graduated in 2022/2023 .

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing and developing mechanical systems and devices


- Create and modify 3D CAD models and drawings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other engineers and designers, to identify and
solve complex problems
- Participate in meetings and provide technical support to other departments, such as production
and quality control
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in mechanical engineering and related fields

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge in NX (3D CAD software and drafting tools)


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge in Mechanical design fundamentals, Engineering concepts and applications.
- Knowledge Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Compensation:

- BE/ B.Tech - Gross Compensation: INR 4,53,000 per annum, Fixed CTC:INR 3,80,000/-, Location
Allowance: INR 73,000/-
- ME/M.Tech - Gross Compensation: INR 5.67,000 per annum, Fixed CTC:INR 4,20,000/-, Location
Allowance: INR 1,47,000/-

Work Location:

Work Shifts:
- General shift – 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Working days:
- Monday to Friday. Occasionally there may be a need of additional work on weekends based on
project demand.
