JEDY’S HOUSE DAY

Cam opens inside Jedy’s sitting room as we see Tina walks
into the place from the bedroom with her Bible for the
morning devotion. The place is empty with the clothes of
Jesus, Maka and Danny neatly arranged on the seats and their
foot wears on the floor before. She is surprised as she
takes the situation in
TINA

Where is everybody? This is what I always tell Jedy. How

could he have taken the children out like that. And why are
their clothes all neatly arranged here? {She is taken aback
a little) hmm (she quickly hurries into the bedroom again
and then out to the sitting room again)

EXT. JEDYS HOUSE DAY

Cam. Opens outside Jedy’s house as we see some clothes and
footwear at different points. They are neatly arranged on
the ground. We see Tina walks out from the house to behold
the spectacle. She is surprised as we see Gab runs to the
place to meet with Tina.
GAB
Sister Tina

TINA
Brother Gabby what is it?
GAB
I don’t seem to understand what is
happening. I came back from work
and everybody was in the house. I
went into my room to change and
when I came out,I could only see
their clothes and footwear.
Everything else remained the same.

TINA
Oh same thing in your place? I just
was going to go and see if my
husband took the children to your
house

GAB
No they didn’t come there. And
these clothes? (Pointing at the
clothes lying around)

I don’t know. Brother Gabby, let it
not be what I am thinking, let it

GAB
What are you thinking?
TINA
I hope the rapture hasn’t happened?

GAB
Ah sister don’t say that. How can
the rapture take place and you did
not go and I did not go? Did you
hear any trumpet sounds?

TINA
No I didn’t. Did you hear?
GAB
If I heard would I be asking you? I
didn’t hear. it is not the rapture
TINA
I hope so. But why are the things
happening like this?

GAB
They must be coincidences. Things
can happen like this sometimes for
Satan to shake your faith a little.
TINA
Okay. Let me just wait for them. We
were supposed to have our afternoon
fellowship. I think I have to
continue without them, they can
join me later. (She walks back into
the house as Gab hurries off again)

EXT. ROAD DAY

Cam opens on the road as we see Bibi preaching to Saka.

BIBI
There is eternal life only in Jesus
Christ. Anybody who does have
Christ does not have eternal life
and anyone who has him has eternal
life. Are you going to accept him

me (as he turns away to answer the

are well arranged on the ground. He
is surprised and wide eyed as he
tries to figure it out) HM, was I
talking with a ghost? But why did
she leave here ghost dresses
behind. This world is coming to an
end o. There’s nothing one can’t
see.

Cam opens outside Jedy’s house as we see Tina hurries out

from the house looking agitated. She looks around and then
takes off from there

EXT. GAB’S HOUSE DAY

Cam. Opens outside Gab’s house as we see him comes out from
there looking confused and agitated.
GAB
VO) what’s the meaning of all this?
HM...God in heaven please stop this
joke. Why are you trying to pull my
spiritual legs like this? But I
didn’t hear any trumpet sounds. Is
it not written that we shall hear
the trumpet sound before the

EXT. DADDY GO HOUSE DAY

Cam opens front of daddy GOs house as we see him comes out
from the house looking confused and beaten. He looks around
the place perplexed and empty. He slowly sits on the
pavement and supports his jaws with his hands and blankly
looking ahead

Cam opens on the road as we see Saka standing and talking

with Gama his friend
SAKA
Bros, just like that, the babe just
disappeared

GAMA

SAKA
Meaning?

Are you sure you are not sick?

truth. I got a call and took it but
as I finished and turned to face
her, she was gone but her clothes
were on the ground

evil. But Gama, do you think that
that girl was a ghost?
GAMA

when you saw your ghost?

She was a ghost and I saw her with
my two eyes. So now I am seeing
ghosts

EXT. DADDY GO HOUSE DAY

Cam opens front of the GOs place as we see him still seated
and looking blank and totally confused. We see Tina runs to
the place and seeing the G.O. stops and looks at him for
awhile. Again we see Gab hurry to the place and screeches to
a stop as he sees the G.O. and Tina looking at each other
questioningly.
GAB

TINA
Yes what?
GAB
What’s is happening?

TINA
My people are missing but their
clothes are neatly arranged in the
house

Same thing with those I live with
and some of my neighbours. Man of
God, please talk

I was wrong. I led you by my own
wisdom. We only practices religion
without Christ. I was misled by my
greed and love for money. I
emphasized the wrong things for my
personal gains. Tithing, seed
sowing, dangerous offerings were my
crafty ways of enriching my earthly
financial vaults. We have missed
it. We followed religion without
Christ.

GAB
Oh my God. What did I do to myself.
I knew the truth but refused to
follow it because I thought that
the Bible wasn’t serious.

TINA
I knew Him in my head but never
allowed him into my heart. I filled
my life with church activities but
never had time with real owner of
the church. Oh how foolish of me to
have listened to pastor instead of
the Holy Spirit who was always
willing to lead me

Cam opens front of Jedy’s house as we see Tina jerks out
from a nap under a tree in a corner with her Bible on her
chest. She is totally covered in sweat. She quietly looks
steady ahead as tears begin to stream down her eyes. She
slowly goes down on her knees and audibly starts to weep.
