TERM 3 CIRCULAR 2024

Greetings from Kampala High School scripture Union

A humble greeting from Kampala high school scripture union committee to our dear members, leaders and our beloved parents,
we take this opportunity to appreciation our committed leaders to serve and minister successful throughout the term, and also
thank our beloved parents for trusting with us their children and giving them this wonderful opportunity to serve the lord under
Kampala High School scripture union ministry at this young age, we appreciate you a lot and don’t take you for granted.

Am gladly to inform you that as of today 25th November, 2024 we have come to the end of our ministry fellowships and we thank
the lord for enabling us to minister throughout this term successfully and without fail.

Allow me to take you through what has aspired throughout this term under Kampala High School Scripture union.

Leadership

As leadership of Kampala high school scripture union is concerned, in the month of June this year 2024 by God’s grace we were
able to change leadership as the former scripture union `leaders led by PAPA Asiimwe Jonathan and MAMA Kayesu Immaculate
handed over powers of offices to the current leadership led by Chairperson Nakayiwa Rosette and MAMA Kakyo Bridget and
exchange of certificates as a sign of appreciation of ministering under Kampala High Scripture 2023 to 2024 . We thank and
appreciate all current leaders to choose Kampala High School Scripture Union as their ministering ground. Finally we could like
to appreciate all current leaders for their commitment in ministering and serving throughout the term and we also thank our new
leaders who joined us after the handover ceremony 2024 for choosing Kampala High School scripture union as their ministering
ground all that we can say is that you made the right choice and please feel at home.

Ministry Services

Am humbled to take you throughout our ministry fellowship services and they go as follows and also feel free to join as in one
of our fellowships:

Every Monday from 5pm to 6.30pm in the evening – we get the word from leaders, members and visitors plus praying and
interceding, venue in the upper room. We welcome you all.

Every Wednesday from 5pm to 6.30pm in the evening – we share and discuss the word of God through cell discussions and we
go deeper in understanding and acknowledgement of the word of God. Venue in the children church. Be blessed as you join us.

Every Friday from 5pm to 7pm in the evening – we have upper room experience (alter praying and interceding) getting deeper in
connecting to the spiritual realm. Venue in the main church. You a most welcome.

Every last Wednesday of the month from 5pm to 7pm in the evening – joint cell discussions with full gospel church in the main
church, interacting with different cell leaders and members from different cells.

Occasions

As kampala high school scripture union leadership we attended various occasions like handover parties, students conferences,
revival weeks and many more as a family of kampala high school scripture union we thank all our leaders and members who
committed themselves and companied us in every occasion we had, thanks for being a wonderful family to us.

We also had a great bible study completions at the end of this very term in which boys were versus girls and sadly girls won the
prize.

Attendance

As attendance of Kampala high school scripture union is concerned, we appreciate all leaders and members for attending each
fellowship regularly and their mobilizing of students to attend followership regularly. Keep it up, as the attendance of both
leaders and members it has been so far not bad.

We promise to do even better next term 2025.

Let me take this great opportunity to thank the committee of Makerere Full Gospel Church at large for giving us this great
opportunity to serve and minister to our lord at this young age and for supporting us in everything as our spiritual parents and
mentors, we really don’t take you for granted and may the Lord give you the desires of your heart and we cannot stop
appreciation you for all the support you are rendering to us both in our services and handover ceremonies every single year ever
since we joined this wonderful family of MAKERERE FULL GOSPEL CHURCH you have been truly a spiritual mentor to us,
and we cannot express our gratitude just by words but what we can say is that we appreciate you a lot and don’t take you for
granted.

Future aspects

Note: all leaders are reminded to pay for their certificate at the beginning of first term 2025 at only 5,000/- each leader. In charge

HANDOVER PARTY ceremony is due in the month of JUNE 2025 and budgets are soon released at the beginning of first term
2025 for proper arrangements and organization in both finally and physically.

Choir practices – serious practices are beginning at the beginning of first term 2025 for proper handover preparations.

First term 2025

As kampala high school scripture union ministry we can’t wait to see you next year in term one 2025, and we pray to GOD to
protect you throughout the holiday till we meet again next year 2025.

Our first term fellowships 2025 will commerce in the month of February 2025 and we can’t wait to see you then.

Finally as KAMPALA HIGH SCHOOL SCRIPTURE UNION we wish you a great and nice holiday full of GOD’S blesses and
love plus protection till we come together as a family in first term 2025.
