Book Distribution

Bhavans’ Private International English School in Abu Dhabi will distribute textbooks and notebooks according to a specified schedule from April 5th to April 9th, 2022. Parents must present a Green pass on the Al Hosn App or a valid PCR test for school entry. Uniform distribution is pending, and students can wear formal attire until uniforms are available, while PE uniforms can be collected after April 11th.

Dear Parents,

Greeting from Bhavans’ Private International English School, Abu Dhabi!!

Kindly note that textbooks & notebooks will be distributed as per the below
schedule. Books can be collected from the issuing area by producing the original
payment receipt. Timing for books distribution is from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm with a
break from 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm. Parents / Visitors are requested to show a Green
pass on Al Hosn App to the security (or 48 hours valid PCR test if unvaccinated) for
school entry.

Grade Date of Books Issue


KG 1 and KG 2 Will be distributed in class
Grades 1 and 2 8th April
Grades 3, 4 and 5 5th and 6th April
Grades 6 & 7 7th April
Grades 8 & 9 9th April

Note: The MOE books will be distributed later to those who have paid for the same.
The computer textbook for Grades 1 to 8 will also be distributed in class.
We regret to inform you that, our uniforms are yet to reach us and the distribution
dates will be informed as soon as we receive the stocks. Till such time, children
without uniforms, may come to school in presentable formal attire. PE uniforms
are available in the school store, which may be collected during school time
(regulated by the school) after 11th of April.
