Terms & Conditions :
1) PO & Payments to be issued in favor of Groundskart Inc

2) Payment terms :
40% advance along with signed PO
20% post complitioin of Sub bases
30% post reciept of the sports flooring materials
10% post complitioin of the Project

3) Project completion: 60days from the receipt of work order , advance payments and sign off drawings.
4) The client has to provide electricity connection for the installation process at FOC for installation process..
5) Warranty: 8 years on the sport flooring ( on both Vinyl and Ply ) and the client maintains the floor as per our guidelines.
6) Life expectency of the ( Ply + Vinyl ) system is 15 years.
7) GST of 18% would be applicable on all.
8) Freight of 3% would be applicable on all.
9) client needs to handover us proerly levelled unundualted Concrete base.
