 ADDITIONAL COMMERCIAL TERMS
Warranty:
◼ One (1) year parts and service free-of-charge from date of shipment or as stated, agreed and
signed in the technical checklists.
◼ Any parts damaged from improper and unauthorized use are not covered by this warranty; and
◼ During the warranty period, all air travel expenses, accommodations, meals of the technicians
and parts/components courier expenses are at buyer’s side/account.
◼ Advance payment via bank transfer is required before execution of after-sales service/s.
Installation & Train:
◼ 3 engineers from the seller are responsible for the installation and training.
◼ Salary for technician for installation:USD150 per day per person,
◼ usually 10-30 days, commencing from the date departing from supplier factory unit the date
return to China, depending the purchased units
◼ The buyer cover all the of the engineers’ expense for installation, such as visa fee, round-trip air
tickets, accommodation and local traffic charges in buyer's side.
◼ And the buyer should do his best to cooperate with the engineers, supply enough labor and
tools, necessary accessory with them.
Customer’s Responsibility
◼ To provide suitable compressed air with durable and leak-free line-hose to the machine
pneumatics.
◼ To provide suitable three phase power supply and bring this to our Main Control Panel.
◼ To carry out all civil, concrete and foundation work for the machine installation. Recommended
ground for installation must have minimum of 150 mm stone layer and 150 mm concrete layer
thickness.
◼ To arrange suitable changing rooms in your factory for our technicians to change and store their
tools and valuable equipment.
◼ To arrange collection of our technicians and take them to their hotel or arrange for transport for
them from the airport to their hotels.
◼ To arrange for the daily collection of our technicians from hotel to factory and back to hotel.
◼ To reserve hotel accommodation for our technicians for the entire stay of the installation of the
machine and settle their hotel bills before departure.
◼ To settle all daily food bills – breakfast, lunch and dinners.

General Information

Fully Automatic A4 Copy Paper Cut Size Sheeting,Ream Wrapping and Carton Packing , stretch film
wrapping Machine mainly include two parts:
1st part:A4 Photocopy Paper Cut Size Sheeting and Wrapping Machine (DTCP-A4-40) is
designed for paper mills and big paper converters. Advance technology is adopted, enhancing
production speed greatly. The cutting precision is highly accurate, and achieving international
standards of full automatic production, the effect of saving labor and time are realized
simultaneously.

2nd part: OPTIONAL: Automatic Carton Packing Strapping Machine (DTFP-8) is specially
designed for carton packing of the copy paper. The machine is linked with the cut-size sheeting &
ream packing machine. The machine accum/stack the reams automatically, and then convey the
ream stack onto the carton bottom sheet and covered by lid. Both bottom and lid are glued by
hot-melt adhesive. Then the carton go through two sets of strapping machines for tying
(MH-120A).

3rd part: OPTIONAL:Palletizing robot, used to load the cartons onto the pallets according to the
design.

4th parts: Optional: Strech Film Wrapping Machine (MH-FG-2000G), used to wrap the full pallet
around.

1. Main Characteristics:
◼ Fully automatic, cut jumbo paper roll into A4 sheets (210*297mm), pack the sheets (500pcs)
into reams, pack the reams into box, tie the box by PP plastic belt. All steps are automatically.
◼ high production capacity: approx. 25 MTs production in 8 hours (based on 80gsm paper)
◼ Low cost of labor power: only 1 experienced operators and 4—5 green hands(even women)
required

Automatic Carton Packing Strapping Machine (DTFP-10) is specially designed for carton packing of
the copy paper. The machine is linked with the cut-size sheeting & ream packing machine. The

bottom sheet and covered by lid. Both bottom and lid are glued by hot-melt adhesive. Then the
carton go through two sets of strapping machines for tying. The inkjet printer and label applicator are
optional units.

6. Brief introduction of each unit
◼ Conveying unit
The conveying belt linked with the ream wrapping unit. If need, the running direction of the ream
will be turned by 90°.
◼ Bottom feeder and Lip feeder
The carton bottom and lip are pre-put into the loader separately, up to max. 400pcs normally in
each loader.
The corrugated sheets is usually E flute.
The bottom and lip are take out and lift to the conveying belt by pneumatic sucker.
◼ Carton Packing Unit
The designated reams are stacked to the bottom sheets, which pre-arrived to the proper
position. During the transportation, the bottom are glued by hot-melt glue and also folded.
The lip follow the same procedure, glued and folded.
◼ Hot-melt glue applicator
Advanced hot-melt glue system is adopted to spray the hot-melt onto the corrugated bottom and
lip sheets when they get into the carton packing unit. 4 hose and 4 guns
◼ PLC control system
The PLC control system hardware is mainly SIMENS Brand, and the software is developed by
ourselves. The performance is table.

a) The Sheeter must be in a closed and well ventilated building.
b) The building must be dust-free.
c) The temperature/moisture in the atmosphere must be controlled to within 20 degrees
Celsius.
d) Moisture content in paper rolls, not to exceed 4% of moisture
e) All paper rolls must have been scanned for moisture, ash content and other qualities to
ensure proper running of the paper in the sheeter.
f) Extension tubing/piping to be connected with the trim removal system is Buyer’s own
