IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE


1. Candidate will not be admitted into the Examination Hall (After 10:00 A.M.) once the examination commences and will
not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall till the END of the Examination (Upto 01:00 P.M.)
2. Hall ticket shall be produced at the Entrance of the examination centre and also in the Examination Hall, failing which
the candidate will not be allowed to write the examination.
3. Ensure the Booklet Code printed on the OMR as well as on the Question Paper Booklet one and the
same,before signing in the Photo attendance sheet and CCNR.
4. Use Black / Blue ball point pen only for shading of circles in the OMR sheet.
5. The candidate should verify Hall Ticket number, Name etc., printed on the OMR answer sheet and ensure the correct
OMR is received.
6. OMR Answer Sheet will not be Valued if the candidate writes any irrelevant matter, symbols, religious marks, prayers
or identification marks on any part of OMR Answer Sheet as it amounts to malpractice. Rough work should NOT be
done on OMR answer sheet.
7. Carrying of Digital Watches, Calculators, Mathematical X Log Tables, Pagers, Cell Phones, any other
electronic gadgets and loose sheets of paper into the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
8. The candidate should sign in the space provided on the OMR sheet.
9. The National Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship Examination for the year 2024 will be conducted on 08-12-2024 in
one session i.e., from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM. The candidate should be in the examination hall 30 mins before
the commencement of Examination.
10. Candidate should handover the OMR Answer Sheet to the invigilator, failure to do so will make him/her liable
for criminal action.
11. Where the Photo is not visible/wrong printed or not printed in the Hall Ticket, recent passport size photo has to be
affixed on it and duly attested by the Head Master concerned with school stamp.
12. Candidates who resorts to any kind of malpractice during the examination will not be permitted to write said
examination.
13. Hall Ticket must be preserved for future purpose.
