No Bake-Baked Mac Recipe (without oven)

Ingredients:

500g Penne or Macaroni Pasta

For Red Sauce:


Cooking Oil
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium-size onion chopped
1 whole red bell pepper
1 kg Tomato Sauce (choose Clara Ole with Basil for the perfect taste!)
1/4 kilo of ground Pork/Beef
2-3 pcs of Hotdog or Sausage
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dash of Parmesan Cheese

For White Sauce:


Butter 2 spoonful of Flour
1 can (370 ml) Evaporated Milk
1 pack of Nestle Cream
1 bar/whole or cup of grated cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta and set aside


2. Sauce garlic and onion
3. Add bell pepper
4. On the other side of the pan add the ground pork
5. Wait until its cook and lightly brown
6. Add hotdog/sausage and mix well all the ingredients
7. Pour in the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes in low heat
8. Add salt and pepper to taste
9. Put a dash of Italian Seasoning that can be easily bought from the supermarket or fresh basil
whichever is available.
10. Add pasta and mix all together.
11. Add parmesan and set aside

*WHITE SAUCE

12. For the white sauce, melt butter in a low heat pan
13. Add the flour gradually and mix thoroughly
14. Add evaporated milk, cheese, and cream.
15. Mix well until it thickens.
16. Prepare the pasta in a container and pour the white sauce on top
17. Garnish Parsley and serve. Enjoy!
PESTO PASTA

 1 (16 ounce) package pasta

 2 tablespoons olive oil

 ½ cup chopped onion

 2 ½ tablespoons pesto

 salt to taste

 ground black pepper to taste

 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Gather all ingredients

2. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in pasta and return to a
boil. Cook pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 to 10
minutes. Drain and transfer into a large bowl.

3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add onion; cook and stir until
softened, about 3 minutes.

4. Stir in pesto, salt, and pepper until warmed through.

5. Add pesto mixture to hot pasta; stir in grated cheese and toss well to coat.
FILIPINO STYLE SPAGHETTI

PROCEDURE:

 Cook pasta noodles according to instructions on the packaging. Drain and set aside.

 Sauté garlic & onion in butter until onions turn translucent.

 Add ground beef and cook for 5 mins and add hotdog and cook for another 2 mins.

 Add the tomato sauce, banana ketchup, beef cubes dissolved in water and let simmer for 20
mins. Stir occasionally.

 Add cubed Eden Original to the sauce to make it creamy and continue to stir occasionally.

 Then mix the spaghetti sauce with the pasta noodles and combine well.

 Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over pasta and top with grated Eden Original and serve.
How to Cook Filipino Style Carbonara

Ingredients

▢3/4 lb. spaghetti

▢1 piece Knorr beef cube

▢7 strips bacon

▢15 ounces all-purpose cream

▢6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

▢1 piece yellow onion chopped

▢2 cloves garlic minced

▢1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

▢1 teaspoon salt

▢2 quarts water

INSTRUCTION:

1. Cook the bacon until crispy. Do this by placing each strip in a pan. Cook in medium heat for 2
minutes. Flip the bacon and cook the opposite side for another 2 minutes. Continue performing
the same steps until each piece gets crispy. Set aside. Save the bacon grease.

2. Cook the spaghetti by pouring water in a cooking pot. Let boil. Add salt and put the spaghetti
into the pot. Cook for 12 minutes or until al dente. Remove the spaghetti Set aside. Save ¼ cup
of water used to cook spaghetti.

3. Prepare the carbonara sauce by heating 3 tablespoons of bacon grease. Saute onion and garlic.

4. One the onion softens, pour all-purpose cream into the pan. Stir. Add ¼ cup water.

5. Add Knorr Beef Cube. Stir until well blended.

6. Put chopped bacon and nutmeg into the sauce. Stir.

7. Add the cooked spaghetti. Toss until spaghetti gets totally coated with sauce.

8. Add Parmesan cheese. Toss. Add more bacon.

9. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy!
