Code of Ethics
We expect certain framework of basic values amongst our employees. It is expected to be followed and practiced in
dealing with fellow members, customers, vendors, competitors etc. It addresses the responsibilities/ obligations all
employees have.towards the organisation. The employee must not misuse company’s resources, influence or discredit
the name of the organisation. Other than its people, our assets include infrastructure equipment, software and
hardware, and proprietary information which includes business plans, financial and technical data. Each and every
employee is responsible not only for protecting the company’s assets entrusted to him but also for helping others in
protecting the company assets.
The organisation provides ample facilities to facilitate an employee to do his job/work effectively and efficiently. The
facilities must be used only for conducting official business and not for personal gains.
Honesty is integral to ethical behaviour and his worthiness is essential for good and positive relationship. It is expected
that one and all are loyal to the Organisation and perform their duties with utmost honesty.
We should view our suppliers as valuable customers. They should be given honest, fair and open treatment and
opportunity to present their products and services. We should encourage competition to get best value for money.
Only authorised employees can purchase material/items in the name of the company. No employee whose regular
duties do not include “purchasing shall not incur” any expense on behalf of company or bind the company by any
promise or representation without written approval of the CEO/directors. There should not be any conflict of interest
between the organisation interest/obligation as an employee. Some of the conflict of interests might be:
Standard of Conduct
The work rules and standard of conduct are important, and we regard them seriously. In addition to this employees
are expected to follow rules and regulations faithfully while doing their job and conducting company’s business.An
employee who deviates from these rules and standards shall be liable for corrective action. Corrective action is
progressive.
While not intended to list all forms of behaviour that are considered unacceptable at the work place, the following are
some of the examples of acts of misconduct, though not an exhaustive list that may result in disciplinary action
initiating termination of employment.
The above are guidelines of Code of Ethics and are not exhaustive. All are advised to follow rules and regulations
faithfully laid down by the company and the general industrial practices pertaining to code of conduct.
