Rationale of the Activity:

One of the provisions of R.A 10533 otherwise known as the Basic Education Act of 2013 is to ensure
that the enhanced basic education program meets the demand for quality teachers and school leaders and based
on Department Order No. 009, s., 2024 or School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2024-2025, public
schools will have a five -day school break starting November 25-29, 2024. Relative on thus, Magsal Integrated
School Teachers shall conduct a 2 days In-Service Training Program School Based. To uphold and recognize
the significance of teachers and employees aimed at enhancing the professional development,
productivity and well-being. It helps educators in improving their teaching strategies and skills enhancements
that leads to upraised a learner centered environment of learning.

This In-Service Training sessions it will equip all the participants that supports the professional
growth of teachers, that’s addresses current educational challenges, and aligns with standards, ultimately
aiming to improve the quality of education. As they always say, quality teachers produce quality learners.

Objectives:
 Improving Knowledge and Skills acquiring new teaching methods and improving their
understanding of curriculum development, which is essential for effective instruction in the
classroom.
 Support the commitment in sharing teaching reflections and to enhance instructional and
competitive outcomes.
 Promoting Collaboration and Sharing of Best Practices allows educators to share experiences,
strategies, and insights, fostering a community of practice that benefits all participants.
Learning Outcomes:
 Development of Critical Thinking and Metacognitive Skills Educators will learn how to foster
critical thinking and metacognitive skills in their learners.
 Designed and developed an appropriate techniques and innovation in producing quality learning.
 Strengthen the commitment in giving demure learnings to learners.
