Instructions for Completion of the Option Form

• S5/6 pupils are expected to study 6 subjects at their appropriate level. The expectation is that all senior pupils are on a full timetable.
• Please complete the table below following a discussion with parents/ carers
• You will then speak through these options with your PTPS and these choices will be completed on a google form
• If you are applying for a NESCol course must select a backup course choice based at Oldmachar
• You will be required to complete an online Google Form if you are applying for a City Campus course, NESCol Course or Foundation Apprenticeship.
• Use the link to the Oldmachar Pathway Planning Website for more information on every course or the City Campus Choice Booklet for more information on ABZ campus courses
• All subject choice Forms should be completed and handed to PTPS no later than Friday 3rd February 2023
