VALIDITY
All proposals are valid for 30 days and contingent on availability. Acceptance must be provided in writing prior to the end of the valid period.

PAYMENTS
As per Standard T&Cs we calculate our invoices based on a thirty (30) day month. You should draw any cheques in the name of Lamnalco (Sharjah)
Ltd. .You must notify us about any discrepancies or disputes regarding our invoice in writing within 7 days from the date that the invoice was issued.
Notwithstanding the above, if the Hirer defaults in the payment of monies on the due dates stipulated in this Contract, it is acknowledged by the Parties
that Aggreko suffers loss as a result of such default. Therefore the Hirer shall indemnify Aggreko against such loss and Aggreko may levy a fee in
consideration of the Hirer’s continued debt, charged by way of simple interest on the Aggreko outstanding charges to be applied, until the date of full
payment by the Hirer and at the maximum rate permissible under the law.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

Our rates have been quoted based on a minimum rental period.

ADDITIONAL DAYS
Following the specified Rental Period additional days will be charged on a pro-rata basis (Weekly rate divided by 7 and monthly rate divided by 30)

AGENT
Lamnalco (Sharjah) Ltd. is the sole agent for within Dubai, Sharjah & the Northern Emirates and is authorised to enter into hire agreements for the supply
of Aggreko’s temporary power & cooling services.

DEFINITIONS
Our contract is made up of two parts: This Proposal, the Terms we have set out below and Lamnalco (Sharjah) Ltd. General Terms and Conditions for
Plant Hire which may be downloaded from: https://www.aggreko.com/en-mideast/terms-and-conditions/uae-terms-and-conditions/dubai-and-northern-
emirates-terms-and-conditions.

ENVIRONMENT
At Aggreko we are proud of our reputation for environmental responsibility. Environmental considerations feature in the equipment we supply, and
Aggreko shall ensure that waste originating from the equipment will be collected for disposal, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. In
order to partially recover the costs of complying with legislative requirements in undertaking the above, Aggreko applies an Environmental Fee (as per
your quotation), being a % of the equipment rental to all contracts.

INSURANCE WAIVER
The Hirer shall provide insurance for 1) the full replacement value of rented equipment to cover against any loss or damage to the equipment 2) any
claims arising from third parties. Prior to delivery date of any equipment, the Hirer shall provide the certificate of insurance confirming the insurer’s name,
policy number and indemnity limits. If evidence of the Hirer’s insurance cover for the full replacement value of the equipment is not received at the time
of placing any order for hire, Aggreko will automatically apply an Insurance Obligation Waiver (”IOW”) fee to your Contract at the rate set out in your
Quotation. The IOW provides cover only for the cost of labor and spare parts for incidences of loss of or damage to an item of equipment that qualify;
and is subject to a USD $2,500 excess for each and every incident. The IOW does not provide cover for: 1) loss of or damage to ducting, hoses, cable and
cable storage; or failure to make the Plant available for servicing 2) claims against the Hirer by third parties 3) responsibility for damage to any of the
equipment caused by your deliberate, willful or malicious acts or omissions c) any transport costs related to repair undertaken.

The Hirer is responsible for insuring our Plant, cables and ducting whilst it is in their possession, custody and/or control as set out in our General Terms
and Conditions for Plant Hire. Where the Hirer is responsible for transportation of the Plant to and from the Site, or in general located on your site, you
would be liable for paying for the repair or replacement of any damaged or lost Plant, cables and ducting.

LOGISTICS
Cost of transport depends on when we receive the order and the location of the equipment. The mentioned rates are including one hour of loading or
offloading the equipment on site. Excluded: are on site waiting hours and/or service costs. The hiring of a crane or other equipment for loading and/or
unloading on location, is at the expense of the hirer, unless otherwise agreed. Upon delivery and collection, the Hirer must provide a freely accessible and
safe access for the truck.

RIGHTS TO RE-ENTRY
If, during the Hire Period, Aggreko has a reasonable suspicion that a breach of the Contract on the grounds of prejudice to Aggreko’s rights may take or
has taken place due to jeopardy or interference with Aggreko’s ownership of the Plant, theft of or damage to the Plant, Aggreko shall have the immediate
right, whether or not this Contract shall have been terminated as per General Terms & Conditions, to re-enter the Site and immediately repossess the
Plant to enable removal from the Site. Aggreko shall be under no liability for or by any reason of any such entry, repossession or removal. The re-entry or
taking of possession of the Plant by Aggreko shall be construed as an election on Aggreko’s part to terminate this Contract, without the requirement of
a written notice of such election be given to Hirer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on re-entry by Aggreko under this Clause, the Hirer shall immediately
discontinue all use of the Plant and shall at its own cost, de-commission, and deliver up the Plant to enable immediate transportation to an Aggreko
Nominated Depot. Aggreko’s repossession of the Plant shall not under any circumstance be deemed a waiver of our rights to payment. In case of a
default by the Hirer under this Contract, Aggreko may accept any payment or payments owed without in any way waiving our rights reserved under the
Contract, with respect to any such default in existence at the time such payment or payments were accepted.

CLAIMS
For all claims where the amount of the claim or the value of the claim does not exceed AED 1,000,000, the parties agree that the dispute shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunal of the DIFC Courts.

MAINTENANCE
Our power generation Plant is designed to be efficient when used at no more than 80% of their maximum load capacity. Overloading our generators will
cause them to trip, consume additional fuel and lead to breakdowns which could be deemed chargeable to your account.

MAINTENANCE GENERATOR SETS

Periodic maintenance of the generator sets, in accordance with the applicable directive, will be provided by Aggreko and charged as per the content in
the pricing table of this quotation. These maintenance costs will be settled per billing period and are based on the performance of periodic maintenance
during office hours.

MAINTENANCE CHILLERS
Periodic maintenance of the chillers, in accordance with the F-Gas standard, will be provided by Aggreko and charged as per the content in the pricing
table of this quotation.

AGGREKO REMOTE MONITORING

This service is provided on designated generator and chiller models. If applicable, Aggreko personnel will remotely monitor warning and emergency
alarms on this Plant. This is to minimise downtime, increase reliability and proactively troubleshoot issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Corrective action may include dispatch of an Aggreko engineer and / or technical phone support directly to on-Site Hirer contacts. The associated
charges are listed above, under the description Aggreko Remote Monitoring Generator. This service and the associated charges are based on
the availability of suitable, reliable and continuous mobile network coverage at the Site. If suitable mobile network coverage is unavailable, other
technologies may be available at a rate to be agreed upon in writing by the parties. Included in this service is access to an Aggreko mobile App. This App

is available to download from the Appstore. Log in details will be provided by Aggreko on request. Hirer acknowledges that all use of the App is subject
to Aggreko's App use terms and conditions which are provided with the App.

SERVICE ENGINEER
The Hirer is responsible to run all cabling, duct and hose for Aggreko's equipment supplied, unless we have agreed to provide installation as part of this
contract. You will be responsible for recovering and recoiling cable, duct and hose, unless we have agreed to provide de-commissioning as part of this
Contract. The installation, mobilisation, commissioning/de-installation of the equipment can be done by our Service team. In addition, Aggreko can also
provide onsite, standby service. The charge for service engineers is stated in the body of the quotation. If applicable, additional charges for food and
accommodation will be on the Hirer's account. The Hirer shall be responsible for providing final electrical connections to your electrical distribution
system, at your cost. Additional costs may apply for out of hours servicing.

FUEL MANAGEMENT
We want to ensure you can benefit from our Plant which is designed to be fuel efficient. Aggreko’s power generation Plant are designed to be run on
No. 1 or No. 2 diesel that meets our specifications. Using incorrect fuel will lead to Breakdowns. Please only use fuel that meets our specifications.
Failing to do so will lead to additional costs for you stemming from unavoidable repairs. Aggreko offers a ‘Fuel Management Service’, which includes the
scheduling and delivery of fuel throughout the contract. Fuel Management means that Aggreko will take care of the timely delivery of fuel, taking back
the remaining fuel at the end of the rental period and the cleaning of the external fuel tank. The fuel management schedule will be drawn up on the basis
of the information provided by the hirer, regarding the power consumption and the expected number of running hours.The fuel will be charged to you on
first invoice in accordance with the Aggreko day price, listed in this quotation. Fuel prices are subject to change without notice during the contract period
(based on market fluctuations or specific index). The hirer must ensure that the fuel supplier can reach the fuel filling opening at any time.

EQUIPMENT
Delivery is dependent on equipment´s availability. The equipment used to fulfil your requirements come in a variety of machines in the Aggreko portfolio.
These machines can vary in dimensions and in other technical details. It may be possible to supply the same performance with comparable equipment.
Aggreko reserves the right to fulfil your order with equivalent equipment equally suitable for the purpose.

TC
The Hirer is responsible for providing:
• All necessary fluids (e.g. Water / Glycol / Corrosion Inhibitor) and subsequent legal disposal of the same.
• Power Supply other than Aggreko's should be agreed prior to hire.
• Suitable connections to hirer's system to be agreed prior to hire.

QUOTATION CONDITIONS
• Service depends on availability of the equipment at the time the order is confirmed. • The rental begins upon shipment of the equipment from
Aggreko's base. • The rental terminates on the date indicated by the Hirer with a minimum notice of 48 hours. The Hirer must facilitate the removal of
the equipment on the date indicated. If delays occur in this respect, which are the hirer’s responsibility, the rental termination date will be the date the
equipment leaves the hirer’s facilities.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION

The Hirer must provide sufficient and level storage areas for the equipment, preliminary services, such as breakthroughs or openings, overhead
clearance, security fencing, etc. The Hirer must make an authorized employee available to oversee Aggreko activities (e.g., unloading and loading, build
up and dismantling, etc.), to coordinate the final position, agree on cable ways and connection points, as well as acceptance of the rental equipment
at delivery and pickup, and to confirm set-up and dismantling times. If no authorized employee is present on site or no delivery papers are signed, the
Hirer recognizes the documents and services issued by Aggreko. For cooling / air-conditioning applications: All operating materials (for example, water/
antifreeze/glycol for filling the system). If materials are provided by Aggreko, these will be invoiced separately. The cost of these materials can be
requested in advance from Aggreko. Electrical connections according to regulations and connected load. For a connection possibility, shut-off valves

must be installed by the Hirer. In order to ensure trouble-free operation, all valves must be adjusted to ensure an optimum volume flow in the case of a
cold or hot water system.

ADDITIONAL OPERATING HOURS

Any additional operating hours - beyond the daily usage period set out above - shall be subject to supplementary charges, under the conditions set out in
this quotation.

END OF HIRE PROCEDURE AND RENTAL PERIOD

To end the rental contract, without a fixed end date, please email off hire notification to Aggreko on [email protected], or call us at
+971(4)8086100, with reference to the agreement number. Our team will then coordinate the demobilisation and collection of the Aggreko equipment
in consultation with you. The rental period means the time from when the equipment leaves Aggreko's depot or place where otherwise dispatched until
received back at Aggreko's depot or delivered to another place named by Aggreko.

Aggreko has employed the services of Medallia to conduct its customer satisfaction survey. This globally respected and applied customer satisfaction
survey is sent to our customers automatically by e-mail. Aggreko is continually striving to improve its service to customers and the responses to
the survey help shape our approach. A survey invitation will be emailed to you, we will not send more than 1 survey in any 45-day period. The survey
consists of a short series of questions related to the equipment and services from Aggreko. We would therefore like to ask you to please complete the

Therefore, the insurance obligation waiver (IOW)( % of total Plant Hire Charge as specified on the Proposal) shall be
charged by Aggreko and the Customer shall be liable to pay for the same.

This Contract governs the terms of your hire to the exclusion of all other terms. We trust that our rental solution
