Job Title Lead


Work Location Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Type Permanent

Responsibilities
 Delivery of IT Provisioning system for IT consolidation projects, work with solution/enterprise
architect to define strategy for provisioning systems harmonization to support all line of
businesses including but not limited to Postpaid, Prepaid, Home Fiber and Enterprise, IOT,
Digital Services etc.
 Conduct business workshops with users for requirement gathering for new harmonized
products
 Conduct technical workshops with BSS, Telco Network team as well as other 3 rd party platform
involved in translating the business requirement into technical delivery documents.
 End to end platform accountability, ensure timely change request and project delivery with
quality within CRM and Provisioning team.
 Be the point of contact and as the Expert/Principal on domain verticals of IT Order management
and collaborate with partners in delivering both Application Development and Maintenance
activities
 Define delivery and operation strategy, planning and advice management/program on the best
solution and approach
 Responsible and accountable as Technical Lead to oversee end-to-end systems delivery and
operation including integration in the software development lifecycle stages (design,
development, test, deployment). Expected to manage project risks and impact and provide key
decisions for the project.
 Manage Internal and External stakeholders / Partners and Vendors in the delivery of capabilities.
 When required, able to take the role of Operation Readiness Lead (OR Lead) – Participate in
project on behalf of
 Operations in making sure project complied with requirements and standards set in OR
Checklist. Lead in discussion and ability to convey the needs during project meeting.
 Audit Compliance – Technical PIC for internal stream during audit and making sure we
compliance to internal/external audit.
 Project governance activities such as -
 Change Request and provide technical endorsement for FRS/ LLD
 Operational handover to production.
 Preventive & Capacity Maintenance – Perform daily health check, performance monitoring,
analyse trending and present proposal to management and solution architect.
 Operation Excellence – Ensure end to end process are established and services are fully
operational. Continue enhance existing SOPP, work with operation team to come out with
operational SOPP and developed workaround during hyper-care and stability period
 Ensure compliance to Change Management and IT Application Development processes
 Quality of work – Completed within agreed time frame and full comply to all IT policies.
 Communications – Structure update with clear objective and message clearly delivered to the
audience
 Enforce IT & Security policies, procedures and processes towards the delivery partners to
ensure compliance and ensure standard IT policy requirements are met before CRs or projects
go live.
 Continuously drive service improvement processes, procedures and controls for Effective and
Efficient operations, and ensure the teams to comply with standards, guidelines and best
practices.
 Continuously instil the exploration mind-set to drive transformation and IT Capability Uplift
jointly with operation team.
 Propose strategies for complex technical problems
 Accountable for and lead end 2 end investigation task forces when required, war rooms where
required and ensure timely update to the stakeholders.
 Continuously drive service improvement processes, procedures and controls for Effective and
Efficient operations, and ensure the teams to comply with standards, guidelines and best
practices.

Qualification:
 Team leader capability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Motivated by and committed to meeting challenging individual and team deadlines.
 Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions.
 Ability to manage stakeholder and vendor.
 Strong track record of technology delivery.
 Demonstrated success in creating a delivery organization using relevant tools and processes.
