IM 327 (Organizational Behavior and Work Ethics)


I. COURSE DESCRIPTION

Organization Behavior/Work Ethics deals with the understanding and concepts of human
behavior in all kinds of organizational interactions, and suggests that humans may be motivated
to work together more productively to attain the goals and objectives in the organization. It is an
integration and application of social science knowledge, management, labor and behavioral
researchers, and others and can take justifiable credit for advances in this course.

II. Course Learning Outcomes: Within the semester, the students are expected to:

1. Know the emphasis on the important role of organizational culture;


2 Understand and be guided on the behavior of other people in the organization and be able to
act and react accordingly;
3. Encourage insight and broaden their analysis and express or share their own experiences;
4. Gain information on different organization and be able to enhance flexibility in terms of work
attitude.
