Activity 5 minutes
What’s on My Head?
Throughout your school experiences, you gained various knowledge
and skills. It’s time to list them down and be proud of what you already
achieved.
1. Draw a big hat on a piece of paper.
2. Using another paper, cut out at least five different shapes.
3. In each shape, write down the knowledge and skills that you gained
from your academic and extra-curricular activities.
4. Color the shapes and then paste them around your hat.
Processing Questions:
Write your answers at the back of the paper you used from the previous
activity.
1. How do you feel while doing the activity?
2. What did you discover about your school experiences?
3. Was it easy or hard for you to identify the knowledge and skills
you’ve learned from school? Briefly explain your answer.
My Road to Success!
1. List down the important steps that you will do to apply your
knowledge and skills to achieve school success.
2. An example is provided to serve as your guide. Copy and answer
the activity on a piece of paper.

2. What are the challenges that you may face in achieving school
success?

the importance of having the knowledge and skills in becoming an
