In the previous lesson, you learned to stop, look, and listen. You realized how
important to face whatever challenges that comes your way. Yes, bear in
mind that you need to overcome every problem in your elementary life.

Activity 5 minutes

What’s on My Head?
Throughout your school experiences, you gained various knowledge
and skills. It’s time to list them down and be proud of what you already
achieved.
1. Draw a big hat on a piece of paper.
2. Using another paper, cut out at least five different shapes.
3. In each shape, write down the knowledge and skills that you gained
from your academic and extra-curricular activities.
4. Color the shapes and then paste them around your hat.
Processing Questions:
Write your answers at the back of the paper you used from the previous
activity.
1. How do you feel while doing the activity?
2. What did you discover about your school experiences?
3. Was it easy or hard for you to identify the knowledge and skills
you’ve learned from school? Briefly explain your answer.

Discussion 15 minutes The Power of My Hat!


Identifying the knowledge and skills you acquired is needed for you to
know which of them should be developed, continued or enhanced.
1. List down the knowledge and skills that you’ve pasted in your
“What’s In My Head” hat from the previous activity.
2. Explain how you can benefit with these in achieving success in
school.
3. Copy and answer the activity on a piece of paper.

1. How will you describe your experience doing the activity?
2. What is the importance of knowing the knowledge and skills that you
have?

Reflection 15 minutes Knowing One’s Knowledge and Skills


Exploring the things that you know, and you don’t know, helps you
identify what should be developed and enhanced as you continue to learn
in school. Both activities inside and outside the school can give you
opportunities to gain knowledge and skills that will be helpful for your
success in school and beyond.
You should remember that learning never ends. Practicing these
simple tips below can help you make the most out of the meaningful
learnings and experiences you acquired in and outside school.
