NOTIFICATION:

No. UO/CSO/19. It is hereby notified that a new standardized student identity card (featuring QR
code) has been approved by the competent authority. All students are required to apply for the new
student card at the Students’ Facilitation Desk, located at the ground floor of Academic Block-I.
To obtain the card, students must submit a duly filled application form (copy attached) along with
the prescribed fee of Rs. 110 (covering the cost of the card, pouch, and ribbon) at the Students’
Facilitation Desk.

All students must acquire their new identity cards by February 14, 2025. After this deadline,
entry to the university premises will be strictly restricted to students possessing valid identity cards.
Students are also required to keep their cards visibly displayed at all times while on campus. A fine
will be imposed on those found without a valid student card.
