Subject - _Maxima work updates with Covid outbreak challenges___________

Hi Ramesh,

Greetings of this working day!

You and entire team know about the work from home policy due to Covid 19 outbreak in our
country. Hope you got settled and were able to procure all tools you need working remotely.

I was in good progress with Maximas development but now, system restrictions, internet stability,
work updated by team mates and proper coordination on licensing requirements are starting to
trouble me. Although Corona virus has not caught us yet, (thankfully!) but our work system is being
affected due to it.

Additional servers, laptops, wirings, keyboard and mouse sets, etc. requirements has been raised
with the team head increasing Maximas project cost. This will have unfavorable/uncertain revenues
on the project, because we are not sure how we will procure all services being in world outbreak.
Our vendors have increased costs for serving the tooling on Maxima. Monitoring the work on a
small laptop screen is becoming difficult. Taking notes on daily master calls and business analytics
calls with clients from home is subject to network stability on all parties ends.
I am writing this so you can read it and understand my challenges on this project without any break
or disturbances.

Looking forward to hearing from you about challenges and updates for Maxima you have had.

Many Thanks,
Dhwani
Software Engineer
