Instructions:

1. Find a group with a minimum of 1 to 6 members in a group


2. Before sending the letter ask the name of the hotel manager
3. Read and edit the letter for appointment then print
4. Send the letter of appointment to the hotel address / front office to the manager
5. When conducting your interview be sure to wear Formal attire and ID
6. Provide 10 questions or more (5 from your instructor and 5 from your group or more)
7. Study a little about the hotel that you are to visit.
8. If allowed have a photo opt together.
9. Present to class through power point presentation.

Presentation:

 About the hotel (history or background, location, contact no., room type, number of
rooms, facilities, amenities and features)
 Photo of hotel and location (photo of rooms, facilities, and features)
 Questions and answer
 Photo of the group

1. How do you handle safety and security for guest and employees effectively?
2. How do your staff collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction?
3. Can you share an example of a situation where you successfully managed a guest’s unique
request?
4. How does your hotel anticipate and adapt to evolving trends in the hospitality industry?
5. Can you provide an example of how you manage your staff during peak and lean season?
