REFLECTION

Reflection on Our Business Experience


Our experience in setting up and managing our food stall has been
both exciting and insightful. This hands-on activity allowed us to apply
the business concepts we’ve learned in class to a real-life setting.
From sourcing ingredients and preparing food to handling sales and
customer service, we experienced the challenges and rewards of
entrepreneurship firsthand.
One of the biggest takeaways from this experience is the importance
of teamwork. Each member played a crucial role, whether in cooking,
managing finances, or engaging with customers. We learned how to
communicate effectively, divide tasks efficiently, and support each
other under pressure. The ability to adapt to unexpected situations—
such as running low on supplies or handling a rush of customers—
taught us the value of quick thinking and problem-solving.
Additionally, this experience reinforced the significance of customer
service. Interacting with different people and ensuring their
satisfaction helped us develop confidence and professionalism. We
realized that beyond offering a great product, a positive attitude and
excellent service contribute to a successful business.
Overall, this activity has deepened our appreciation for business and
entrepreneurship. It has given us practical skills that we can apply in
the future, whether as business owners or professionals. The
experience of managing a food stall was not just about making sales;
