 Please refer to the brief, I will have endless of products, however, the bottle
will be unique, but the fragrance and the box customization will vary with
each order

13.Can users modify the suggested formulation, or is it

fixed based on their answers?
 It is fixed based on their answers, however, if the user has allergies he can
mention this in the selection, if he wants to avoid any specific fragrance, he
can also mention this in the selection list

14. Should there be an option to save and reorder

previous selections?

system?

 Belluchee is the epitome of customization and luxury, where every detail reflects
elegance and sophistication. Each perfume is presented in a handcrafted cherry
wood or oak box, meticulously designed to exude timeless beauty. This exquisite
wooden box is further enclosed in a premium black carton, made from the finest
materials, ensuring a sleek and refined presentation. A luxurious gift ribbon elegantly
wraps the package, enhancing the unboxing experience.

Inside, every element speaks of prestige—certifications are printed on the highest-

quality paper, using the finest printing techniques available in the market. From the
craftsmanship of the box to the impeccable finishing touches, Belluchee transforms
perfumery into an artful, sensory masterpiece.

18. Should users be able to upload their own design

for packaging? If yes, what file formats should we
support? (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF)

 Users can personalize their experience by adding a custom message to be engraved

on the outside of the box or printed on the inside cover. However, they cannot
modify the design, packaging, or bottle itself.

For now, Belluchee will offer a single size of 150ml, but the system will be built to
accommodate future size options (100ml, 150ml, and more). These additional sizes
will be available from day one within the interface but initially locked, with
activation planned once they become available.

19. Do you want to provide pre-designed templates for

users to choose from and customize?

 A single design will be available; however, users can personalize their experience
by adding a custom message. This message can be engraved on the outside cover or
printed on the inside part of the cover.

Once the user enters their message, the application will generate a realistic preview
of how it will appear on the final product, allowing them to visualize their
customization before completing the order.

20. Should users be able to change packaging colors

or material (matte, glossy, recycled, etc.)?
 NO

21.Will custom packaging be free or an additional cost?

 During the launch period, all orders will be available as a fully customized package.
In the second phase, users will have the option to purchase their selected perfume in a
standard carton box without customization at a different price. This option will be
integrated from the start but remain inactive until officially launched. Same for the
size of the bottle.

22. Should users see a real-time preview of their

customized packaging?

 No idea this is a totally new area for me , however, most likely the delivery
will through delivery companies, the payment will be by credit card or 25%
by credit card the rest COD.

 DHL & ARAMEX and any other potential strong logistic company
depending on the region.

33.Will there be a return or refund policy?

 Yes, return will only be available if we fail to delivery, or if we deliver a
damaged product or a product with the wrong personalized details

34. Who will be responsible for manufacturing and packaging

once an order is placed?
 The team in the factory will receive and process the order. Multiple parties
will be engaged from Chemist to logistics to quality controls etc… each one
must have his tracking sheet and WIP status.

leave this for the suggestions of the developer, however, I am liking at the
