Listening & Speaking Instructions for the Teachers

Guide the students well before the test.


Ask the students to read all the questions given in "Instructions for the Students" before the test.
Call the students one by one and show them the given picture.
Ask one question from each of the Question Groups.
Shuffle the questions for each student.
Make sure not to repeat questions to consecutive students.

Reading Instructions for the Teachers

There are 8 Pairs of words in the word bank. Each pair has one short-vowel word and one long-vowel word.
Call the students one by one.
Select any one pair of words from the word bank and ask the students to read them loudly.
Check if the student reads the word with the correct pronunciation and knows the difference between short/long vowels.
Make sure not to repeat the words for any two consecutive students.

Note: Make an award list according to the given sample and record the results for both reading and listening and speaking questions on that
sheet.
