Subject: Regarding Typical Drawing for Bridge Abutment Scour Protection Work.

Dear Sir's,

This is in response to your letter dated February 12, 2025, with reference number
BRC/DG/0854/25, in which you requested a clarification and detail drawing for bridge protection
works.

Although the contractor is ultimately responsible for creating the detail drawing, we have included
a cross section drawing and sample photos from a bridge abutment scour protection work that has
already been built for your convenience.

As a result, we have included a sample drawing and pictures with this letter for your reference,
which will assist you in creating a detail working drawing for approval later.

For your further reference, we have also included a drawing from the ERA 2013 Standard
drawing.

For later approval, you must create a comprehensive working drawing by modifying those
standard drawings to fit the project's five bridges.
