Boarding House Rules and Code of Conduct

General Rules:

1. Respect and Courtesy:

o Treat all house staff, fellow students, and property with respect.

o Use polite language and exhibit good manners at all times.

o Bullying, harassment, or any form of disrespect will not be tolerated.

o Respect others' privacy and personal space.

2. Curfew and Timeliness:

o Students must be in the boarding house by 6:30pm on weekdays.

o Curfew is at 9:30pm on weekdays and 10:00pm on weekends.

o Lights out and quiet time must be observed promptly at curfew times.

3. Personal Belongings:

o Keep your personal area tidy and organized.

o Valuables should be stored securely; the school is not responsible for lost items.

o Label all personal items to avoid confusion or loss.

o No borrowing or lending personal items without permission.

4. Safety and Security:

o No possession of prohibited items such as knives, alcohol, drugs, or any other


dangerous items.

o Follow fire safety protocols and participate in all drills.

o Always inform staff if you see any safety hazards.

o Students are not allowed to leave the boarding premises without permission.

5. Study and Homework:

o Dedicate time for study and homework as per the schedule.

o Use the study areas quietly and respectfully.

o Group study is allowed in designated areas only, and must not disturb others.

6. Health and Well-being:

o Maintain good personal hygiene; shower daily and keep clean clothes.

o Report any illness or medical issues to the house staff immediately.
