Currently, as the Founder & Managing Director of Hiteisee Consulting, he is leading the
Consulting practice in the areas of People Strategy, IR, Employee Relations, Organisational
Change, Learning & Development, CSR, Talent Management, and Legal Services. He advises &
guides industries in designing programmes and interventions and supports all interventions for
MSME, large & Mega industries in the Public, Joint & Private sectors.
