AFFIDAVIT OF NO OBSTRUCTION
I, RADHEL JOHN V. GERSALINA, of legal age, married, Filipino,
and residing at Davao City, after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the same person who caused this execution of this


affidavit;

2. That I am the duly authorized and designated representative of


ROYAL ENERGY INC., a business style of ROYAL ENERGY
TRANSPORT with business address located at KM. 9 DON
JULIAN RD. DOÑA PILAR, VILLAGE, BRGY. SASA, DAVAO
CITY;

3. That the location and operation of my above-mentioned


business has no obstruction along the government road;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the


foregoing statements and for other legal purposes this may
serve under the premises.
