IP Paris - PhD Track program

Application: Supporting documents


Please upload all your documents to the IP Paris platform.
Documents sent by email will not be accepted.

Please note
All your documents must be either in French or English. A sworn translation will be asked
for your degrees and transcripts;
Please add the original document along with its sworn translation, grouped into a single file;
All of your documents must be readable, clear and without reflection;
Please do not overload your application file with non-requested documents.

Identity Recommendations
Photo IP Paris Students

Schooling and education


Language Test
You must provide an English language test result (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, Cambridge test) or an official
certificate from your university stating that the language of instruction is English (for the degree(s)
you hold or will hold).

Degrees
ALL post-secondary diplomas obtained on the date of application OR, failing this, a certificate
of successful completion of the program(s);
Enrollment certificate for the current year.

Transcripts
ALL post-secondary transcripts, including exchange programs and programs you did not
complete. They must be official and signed by the institution;
An official document explaining the grading and ranking system signed by university.

Statement of purpose
Your personal statement should be a cover letter that outlines your academic and professional
background, as well as your goals and motivations for pursuing our program.
