Introduction: as Data Analyst

I have over 7 years of experience working as a Data analyst within “Life Insuranceindustry” in which I
have initiated many projects. I have created cost benefit analysis, feasibility studies for business process
including process mapping and modeling and major part of my responsibilities was to engage with
various stakeholders, understand their business needs, create FRD, BRD, UML docs and I have also used
many requirements elicitation techniques, for creating use cases, logical data model, (conceptual I UI
design, report design, adhoc analysis, systems and gap analysis). I have worked in both waterfall, and
agile scrum process as a product owner and scrum master and facilitated many scrum ceremonies and
daily standup meeting. From QA side, I have created test strategy, test scenarios, created SQL scripts
and performed testing on UAT. I believe this will give you an overall summary about my experience.

AS A Data Analyst worked with

business functional area counterparts to develop interactive dashboards and management reporting
using business intelligence software, this included data quality, data management, data policies,
business process management, and risk management surrounding the handling of business data
Expertise in development and upgrading database systems and analytical techniques. Able to play a key
role in analyzing problems and come up with creative solutions as well as producing methodologies and
files for effective data management.

Responsible for data engineering functions including, but not limited to data extract, transformation,
loading, integration in support of enterprise data infrastructures – data warehouse, operational data
stores and master data management.

Responsible for the programs’ data management and analysis that includes students’ registration data,
program funding data, course schedule data, students’ test data, and payment reports.

Managed existing data reporting solutions, assisted with the development of new reporting capabilities.

Identified and monitored low participation risks in Tableau and reported to leadership to make business
decisions.

Performance teams to provide data management knowledge and support for data requirements
