Digital Adherence Technology is an intervention that helps patients complete TB treatment using mobile phones through Video Observed Treatment (VOT). Eligible participants include individuals of any age taking TB treatment for less than 2 months, who have access to the required technology and are willing to be monitored. Additionally, 3HR is a TB preventive treatment involving daily medication for three months, and point-of-care rapid diagnostic equipment is used for real-time TB detection and resistance testing.

Adults and children, all ages This can be placed at peripheral health centres to replace
- Adults - (close contacts, PLHIV, and high risk clinical groups) sputum smear microscopy as the initial diagnostic test for TB
- Children - Ensure dose adjustment for children based on age X-ray may be used as a screening tool for confirmatory testing
