DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

This Deed of Absolute Sale (Deed) made and entered into this ___
day of ___________, in Tandag City by and between:

THE HEIRS OF MACARIO NAVALES, Filipino citizens, of legal age,


and residents of Barangay Umbay, Municipality of Tago, Surigao del Sur.
“SELLERS”;
-and-
JEFFREY C. RONQUILLO represented by Fe C. Ronquillo, Special
power of Attorney is hereby attached as “Annex A” Filipino citizen, of
legal age, single and resident of Purok 3 Barangay La Paz Municipality of
Bayabas Surigao del Sur, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER”;

WITNESSETH: THAT

WHEREAS, the SELLERS are the owner of a parcel of land located in


Barangay Purok 3 Barangay La Paz, Municipality of Bayabas, Province of
Surigao del Sur, containing a total area of THREE HUNDRED ONE (301)
SQUARE METERS more or less, technically described as follows:

1. Based on Subdivision Plan, Portion of Lot 17-B-2-G-2-A and Lot 17-B-2-


G-2-C, Psd-13-037220, containing an area of 301 and 131 square
meters respectively, located at Purok 3 Barangay La Paz, Municipality
of Bayabas, Province of Surigao del Sur.

WHEREAS, the SELLERS offered for sale the above-described


real property to the BUYER and the latter hereby accepts the offer for
the total amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP
100,000.00)
WHEREAS, the BUYER agrees to pay for the cost of notary
documents, capital gains tax of the BIR and transfer tax of the Register
of Deeds.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 100,000.00) Philippine
Currency, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to the full
satisfaction of the SELLERS from the BUYER, the SELLER do hereby
SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY in a manner that is absolute and
irrevocable, on an “as is, where is “basis the above-described parcel of
land together with all the improvements thereon in favor of the
BUYER, its heirs and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands
