RSA – Good morning, thank you for calling room service department, this is jhon Lee speaking, how may i help you today

G – Good morning! I would to order food for my breakfast.

RSA – Certainly, May I know your name and room # please.

RSA – for how many persons is your order ma’am/sir?

G-

RSA - What type of breakfast would you like to have ma’am/sir? You have a choice of

American breakfast Filipino breakfast

Continental breakfast English breakfast

G–

RSA – by the way ma’am may I ask first if you have any food restriction as far as food is concern.?

G – non

RSA -- For your filifino breakfast you have choice of coffee, tea, or juice

G -- Juice

RSA -- What type of fruit juice would you like to have sir, we have orange juice, pine apple juice, mango juice and apple
juice

Choice of Fresh Fruit

Banana/Pineapple slice/Papaya/Water Melon/and Dragon Fruit

Choice of egg cooked any style

Boiled/Sunny side up/ Omelette/ Poached/ and Scrambled

A Choice of any

Dried Fish, Longanisa, and toccino

Choice of Chef’s Special

Fried rice with chicken/pork/ or seafood

Boiled rice with, pork or shrimp and egg

Rice Congee with mince pork, chicken or shrimp

RSA –may i repeat your order sir (A orange juice, banana, boiled egg, dried fish and fried rice with chiken) did I get it

RSA – What time would you like your food to be delivered ma’am/sir?

RSA – Knock the door 3 times and announce “Room Service”

G – Opens the door…

RSA –Good morning maam for room number 5 her is your filipino breakfast. May I come in

RSA – Where would like me to set up your order sir/maam? Shall I transfer it your table or just leave it on the tray or
trolley.

G–

RSA – Prepare the food and invite the guest. (ma’am your food is ready please have a seat)

RSA - (would like me to open the curtains maam/sir to brighten your room, or open the television for entertainment)

G–

RSA – is there anything else I can do for you maam/sir?

G–

RSA – please sign the delivery slip and the control sheet maam/sir.

G–

RSA – When would you like me to comeback to clear your soiled dishes maam/sir?

G–

RSA – Ok maam/sir if your done with your meal just dial 1234 for room service to clear your soiled dishes..

G–

Clearing Soiled Dishes


RSA – Knock the door 3 times and announce “Room Service”

G – opens the door..

RSA – Good morning maam .. Are you done with your meal? May I clear the plate now.. May I come in..

RSA – check the table appointments. (asked guest if some items are missing base on the control sheet)

RSA – How was your food maam

G–

RSA – ask apology for any comment or complaint and try to rectify the complain if possible.

- Thank the guest for complement.

G-

RSA – Thank you maam/sir for availing room service I hope you enjoy your stay in our hotel, have a nice day!
