(Graduate Apprentice Trainee) in our company.
Salary Details:

Designation Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT)

Salary Rs. 14000/- (per month)

Over Time Available.

Special Process Allowances Washing, Heating, & Flux allowance Rs2,500

(Without leave).

E S I Deduction part Applicable (0.75 % on Gross Salary)

As discussed, you are requested to join on 1.0 2. 1- based on offer letter. The
formal appointment letter will be issued to you on yourjoining our organization.

Attested Copy of Educational certificates.
PAN Card.
Proof of date of birth. (Government Certificate)
Two latest passport size photographs.
Medical Fitness Certificate.
I.D.Proof.
Address Proof.
Bank Pass Book.

Terms and conditions:
1. You must work for 3 years compulsory in shop floor operations. If you like to relieve from
service after 1 year, we will issue Junior Engineer experience certificate and 2 years
completion, we will be given an experience certificate of Assistant Engineer and 3
years
completion you may get certificate as Engineer. Every year your Designation will be changed
based on your work performance.

If you are not work for less tlin 1 year, The Management will not issue service certificate.

3. If you want to relive from the company, resignation letter must be submitted before 1 month

4. You should obey the rules and regulations of the company.

5. You are requested to inform your date of joining before 3 days through your Placement
Officer (OR) authorized person.

6. Initial training period is for three days (which does not carry stipend).

7. After the successful completion of training period, salary will be given as per
norms. company

8. Who can interested to join the BOAT training scheme you must registered through online
BOAT portal and submit the ID number to HR department.

9. If you have any further assistance kindly you may contact to HR department at the time of
joining.

10. You must wear safety shoe inside the company.

11. No accommodation will be provided by the company.
