color changes. Payment is due to the job foreman at the completion of the job. Payment may be made by cash or check made payable to Picasso Painting
Guarantee: Picasso Painting will perform all touch ups, due to failure of Paint used, for a period of four years from the complementation of the job. Any rust treated is
not guaranteed, any concrete or wood floors are not guaranteed.
Notice: Under the Mechanic´s Lien Law (California Code of Civil Procedure, section 1181 et seq), any contractor, subcontractor, laborer, supplier or other person who
helps to improve your property but is not paid for his work or supplies, has a right to enforce a claim against your property. This means that, after a court hearing,
your property could be sold by a court officer and the proceeds of the sale used to satisfy the indebtedness.
