 About Place
Manali is a high-altitude Himalayan resort town in India’s
northern Himachal Pradesh state. It has a reputation as a
backpacking center and honeymoon destination. Set on the
Beas River, it’s a gateway for skiing in the Solang Valley and
trekking in Parvati Valley. It' s also a jumping-off point for
paragliding, rafting and mountaineering in the Pir Panjal
mountains, home to 4,000m-high Rohtang Pass.

Depart from Delhi in a travellers around 9 PM.
Overnight journey to Manali.
Day 02 : MANALI SIGHTSEEING
Reach Manali in the morning.
Check-in, rest for a while, and freshen up after the long journey.
In the evening, get ready to explore Manali's local attractions:
Van Vihar: A peaceful nature park ideal for a walk amidst tall deodar
trees.
Hadimba Temple: A historic wooden temple set amidst a cedar
forest, known for its unique architecture.
Vashisht Temple & Hot Springs: A spiritual site where you can also
take a dip in the natural hot springs.
Mall Road: The main hub for shopping and enjoying local street food.
After the sightseeing, return to the hotel for a delicious dinner.
Overnight stay in Manali.
 Day 03 : SOLANG VALLEY - ATAL TUNNEL- rohtang
Start your day early with a hearty breakfast and head out for an
adventurous day trip:
Solang Valley: Known for its adventure sports like paragliding,
zorbing, and cable car rides.
Atal Tunnel: A world-renowned tunnel connecting Manali to
Lahaul Valley, offering stunning landscapes.
Rohtang Pass (Subject to availability and weather conditions):
Experience snow-capped peaks and panoramic views.
After a day filled with adventure and scenic beauty, return to
Manali by evening.
Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 4: Manali to Kasol + Explore Kasol
Check out from the hotel in the morning and depart for the
scenic village of Kasol.
Reach Kasol and check-in at a beautiful riverside camp.
Relax for a while, soaking in the tranquility of the Parvati River
flowing beside you.
In the evening, head out to explore:
Kasol Market: Famous for its vibrant cafes, local shops, and
Israeli cuisine.
Enjoy a leisure walk by the river or unwind at one of the cozy
cafes.
Come back to the camp for a memorable bonfire night, music,
and dinner.
Overnight stay at the camp in Kasol.
Day 5: Visit Manikaran & Parvati Valley
After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Parvati Valley and
Manikaran Sahib:
Parvati Valley: Admire the mesmerizing landscapes, lush
greenery, and calm atmosphere.
Manikaran Sahib: A revered Sikh pilgrimage site, known for its
hot springs and spiritual significance.
Spend time exploring the local attractions, indulging in some
photography, and soaking in the serene vibes.
In the evening, return journey to Delhi.
Overnight travel
Day 6: - Arrival in Delhi
7:00-8:00 AM: After a comfortable overnight journey, you
will arrive in Delhi, marking the end of your memorable trip
filled with adventure, fun, and unforgettable experiences.

Participants may perform the payments in two instalments
Instalments will taken as a registration fees, which will be 30% of
the total amount of the package and will be non refundable.
Second instalment has to be submitted before 5 days of your
travelling date, containing 70% of the total amount of the package.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS
One may consider their booking as done, only after
submission of application carrying their consent along
with the registration fee. Our itinerary consists places of
high altitude, thus may very as per the weather the
accommodations will be subject to the size of the rooms
and their availability, also air conditioned rooms are not
added in the itinerary due to presence of hilly regions in
the package. Please note that AC packages consists of AC
trains only (to & from), accommodations and road transfers
won't be served with AC, other than what is mentioned in
the package. Don't forget to carry your identity cards while
travelling by the train, as Railway tickets are non-
transferable and could be used by you only. This tour
consists of locations and areas where nature is still rawand
is important to conserve them, which everyone have to
keep in mind and avoid any littering activity. The
organizers might modify, amend or delay the schedule
and sites of the itinerary, looking at the safety of the guests
according to the weather conditions of the moment. Travel
Insurance in not included in the package. The
organizer/camp in-charge are well -trained and
experienced personnel, thus carry rights for seating and
other arrangements during the transfer. Any kind of
misbehavior won't be entertained, which can lead to
detention of the candidate.

PARTICIPANTS AGREEMENT, RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK;

1. I Understand travelling/stay with The explore vibe tour& travells may involve risks above and beyond those encountered on a more conventional
holiday, and that I am undertaking an adventure trip with inherent dangers. I understand I am travelling to geographical areas where, amongst other
things, the standard of accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, cleanliness, medical facilities, telecommunications and infrastructure development
may not be of the standard that I am used to at home or would find on conventional holiday. I am not having any pre-existing medical condition and I
am physically fit to undertake this trip. I accept these risks, obligations and responsibility for any risks involved, and shall not hold The explore vibe
tour& travells liable for any kind of outcome during the trip including death.

2. I understand during my trip there may be opportunities to undertake activities, which do not form part of the itinerary. I understand The explore
vibe tour& travells makes no representations about the safety of the adventure activities, or the standard of the independent operator running it. I
also understand The explore vibe tour& travells is in no way responsible for my safety, "If I choose to participate in the optional activities with full
knowledge of the above, I acknowledge and accept all associated risks, and agree not to hold The explore vibe Tour & Travels liable for any outcome,
including death."
3. The explore vibe tour& travells is not liable for the performance or products of independent contractors, including instructional concessionaires, art or
other auctioneers, shopkeepers, taxi operators, or any third party providing services. Their services and products are charged as extras. The explore vibe
tour& travells is not responsible for any acts or omissions of such persons in providing goods or services to the client."

4. The explore vibe tour& travells and the Carrier are not liable for the performance or products of independent contractors, including doctors, medical
personnel, hairdressers, internet/I.T. personnel, instructional concessionaires, art or other auctioneers, shopkeepers, taxi operators, or any third party providing
services. Neither The explore vibe tour& travells nor the Carrier owns or controls any such independent contractors, makes no representation of any kind as to
their performance and does not undertake to supervise their activities. Any Guest using such services or activities shall be deemed to agree and consent that
any liability for any death or personal injury, illness, emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury to the guest or loss or damage to property shall
be the sole responsibility of the provider of such service or activity. Neither The explore vibe tour& travells nor the Carrier shall be or become liable or
responsible in any way for any act or omission of any such provider pertaining to, or arising from or in connection with such services or activities."

5. The explore vibe tour& travells shall not be liable in any way to the client for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss or detriment to
person or property, or financial costs both direct and indirect incurred, or for The explore vibe tour& travells failure to commence, perform and/ or
complete any duty owned to the client if such death, delay, bodily injury (including emotional distress or injury), illness, damage, or other loss or
detriment to person or property is caused by Act of Nature, war or war like operations, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist activities or threat thereof, civil
commotions, labor difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbance, however and where so ever any of the same way arise or be caused, riot,
insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable, control of The explore vibe tour&
travells the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or an event which The explore vibe tour&
travells or the supplier of the service. Even with all due care, could not foresee. The client acknowledges he or she will be visiting places where the
political, cultural and geographical attributes present certain risks, dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in his or her daily lives.

6. By booking travel with The explore vibe tour& travells the Client acknowledges she or he has considered the potential risks, dangers and challenges, and
expressly assumes the risks attendant to such travel conditions. The client is solely responsible for acquainting themselves with customs, weather conditions,
physical challenges and laws in effect at each stop along the itinerary, It is also important to note that The explore vibe tour& travells reserves the right to make
changes to the itinerary or accommodations if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest.
Unwelcome actions such as the following are inappropriate and, depending on the circumstances, may in and of themselves meet the definition of sexual
harassment:

Sexual pranks, or repeated sexual teasing, jokes, or innuendo, in person or any other means. Verbal abuse of a sexual nature. Touching or grabbing of a
sexual nature. Repeatedly standing too close to or brushing up against a person. Repeatedly asking a person to socialize with the person has said no or has
indicated he or she is not interested. Giving gifts or leaving objects that are sexually suggestive Repeatedly making sexually suggestive gestures.
Unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that affects the vibe of the environment A victim of sexual harassment can be a man or a women.

The Victim can be of the same sex as the harasser. The violation of any of the above clauses will result in the termination of the trip
of the offender with no refunds and an FIR will be lodged against the offender. At all times the decision of tour& travells
or representative will be final on all matters likely to endanger the safety and well being of the tour. By booking with theexplorevibe
tour& travells , the client agrees to abide by the authority of the tour leader/ captain or The explore vibe tour& travells representative.
The client must at all times strictly comply with laws, customs, and drug regulations of the country or state. If the Client is affected by
any condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect other people enjoyment of the tour; the Client must advise The explore vibe tour&
travells at the time of booking. If the Client fail to comply with the above or commit any illegal act when on the tour or, if in the
opinion of the tour leader, the Client behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others, The explore vibe
tour & travells may terminate that client’s travel arrangements without any liability on The explore vibe tour& travells part and the Client
will not be entitled to any refund for unused or missed services or costs incurred resulting from the termination of the travel
arrangements.

The Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that they are participating in the Trip voluntarily and at their own risk. The Participants further acknowledge and
agree that they have read and understand this Bond, and that they are waiving any and all claims against the Company arising from or in connection with their
participation in the Trip. This Bond shall be binding upon the participants and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
