ARTICLE 1 SCOPE OF WORKS


The contractor in consideration of the payment made by the OWER to the Contractor of the
sum of money, agrees to supply the LABOR and MATERIALS for the CONSTRUCTION OF
THREE (3) BEDROOM BUNGALOW in Bugallon, PANGASINAN, in faithful performance of
all works necessary to commence and complete the project.

ARTICLE II PROJECT COST

The amount of FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY ONLY.(Php 4,850,000.00)


AS estimated total cost of the project that will cover the following items of works. . , are as
follows :

I- MOBILIZATION

II- EXCAVATION AND EARTHFILLING ( soil poisoning/backfilling)

III- CONCRETE WORKS ( column, footings, slabs on fill, beams )


IV- MASONRY WORKS (,4” CHB on interior wall and exterior wall WITH 10MM
re-bars dowels)
V- STEEL RE-BARS (AS per plan)

VI- FORMWORKS

VII- PLASTERING WORKS ( on exterior and interior walls )

VIII- DOORS ( Glass door and installation of panel doors are inclusive, panel
doors provided by the owner)

IX- WINDOWS (CHECK SPECIFICATIONS.)

X- FLOOR FINISHES (CHECK SPECIFICATIONS)

XI- CEILING WORKS (use 3.5mm hardiflex on 0.5 metal furring)

XII- ELECTRICAL WORKS ( use THHN STRANDED WIRE as per plan designed and
computed by professional electrical engineer, fixtures Included except special
lightings.)

XIII- PLUMBING WORKS ( CHECK SPECIFICATIONS)

XIV- PAINTING WORKS ( use boysen paints )

XV- TRUSSES (shown on the plan)

XVI- ROOFING WORKS( check specifications)
