Required video submissions

You will be expected to submit videos as part of completing the CSM Learning Guide. We
have outlined the requirements for the videos (20-30 minutes each), the environment to
use and how it will be evaluated.

• Video 1 CP4BA - Installation: Walking through the process of the installation -

portions of install CP4BA on OpenShift in a TechZone environment and Outlining the
post - installation setup tasks
• Environment: Refer to the CP4BA Bring-up Lab (the website contains
instructions to provision an OpenShift cluster from Techzone)
 • Evaluation: Demonstrate your ability to deploy CP4BA with main
architectural patterns, components of the product architectures;
infrastructure considerations, including best practices for scaling the
environment in production and a completed installation with major
components and running Install and Post install activities.

• Video 2: CP4BA - Implementation

o Environment: Any demo environment, refer Jam-in-a-Box on Techzone
o Evaluation: Select a relevant use case, explain how it aligns with a client's
business goals, and how it compares with key competitors; design a solution
and implement with sample data, Examples (not all of them):
1. Workflow - Process or/and Case management
2. Decision - Business Rules management (both IT and LOB tooling)
3. Content – Document and Content lifecycle management
4. Tasks – Automate repetitive manual process
5. Modeling – Process and Task mining
6. Business Intelligence – AI infused automation
7. Integration multiple capabilities

• Video 3: CP4BA - Walkthrough user role: Showcasing use cases and demonstrating
CP4BA value
o Environment: Any demo environment, refer Jam-in-a-Box on Techzone
o Evaluation: Demonstrates the product from the perspective of a client use
case (not just a walk through of the product interface) while explaining the
underlining architecture/infrastructure required to support it.
