What is healthy lifestyle ?
▸ According to the World Health Organization, is "a state of
complete physical, mental and social well-being and not
merely the absence of disease and infirmity.

Eat a healthy diet
▸ Adults should eat a least Five types of foods per
day , such as fruits, vegetables , legumes, nuts,
agrain’s.
▸ Know what being hungry feels like. This takes
some practice, When you're eating a meal, stop
when you're satisfied, not when you're full to
prevent obesity .
▸ Reduce intake of harmful fats and replace
saturated fats with unsaturated fats , that
unsaturated fats found in fish, avocados, olive oil,
nuts, and sunflowers .

▸ Consum less salt and sugar , because high amount
of salts risk of high blood pressure heart diseases ,
and stroke. Also high sugar amount risk of tooth
decay and unhealthy weight gain and diabetes .
▸ Use more grains in your diet because helps in
reducing heart disease, cancer, diabetes.
▸ fruits and vegetables are low in fat, salt,
and sugar so become most healthy food.

▸ Adults need to drink at least 1.5 litters of
Fluids per a day .
▸ Water is the best fluid always
▸ Also we can use fruit juice, tea, soft drinks, milk ,
can be okay from time to time.
