1. The SDO-City of Malolos, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID),


hereby announces the conduct of 2021 Division Online Orientation and Meeting
of All School English Coordinators on September 28, 2021, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
via Google Meet.

2. This Activity aims to harmonize all activities in English and Reading/Literacy through
coordination of programs and projects in support of Basic Education – Learning
Continuity Operational Plan (BE-LCOP).

3. The agenda are the following:


a. Orientation on RM No. 289 s.2021 re: Implementation Guidelines of
DepEd Memorandum No. 173 s.2021, Bawat Bata Bumabasa (3Bs
Initiative) to ensure adherence to the regional memorandum;
b. Brigada Pagbasa;
c. Designing and Submission of School-Based English Reading Program
(Elementary, JHS & SHS);
d. Continuous implementation and utilization of Skill-based Learning
Resources for Struggling Readers;
e. Project E-LAV (English Learning Activity Sheets and Video Lessons)
Compendium; and
f. Election of Division Association of English Coordinators.

4. Participants are the 47 Elementary, 13 Junior High & 6 Senior High School
English Coordinators. Enclosed is the Matrix of Activity.
