MB0019088AE dated 05/02/2025 Whereas the First Party expressed ‫ ﻣﺗﺿﻧﺎ اﻻﺗ‬،‫اﻟطرف اﻷول رﻏﺑﺗﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺗﻌﺎﻗد ﻣﻊ اﻟطرف اﻟﺛﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﺗﺷﻐﯾﻠﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﮭﻧﺔ اﻟﻣوﺿﺣﺔ أدﻧﺎه‬
his/her desire to contract with the Second Party to fill the vacant position ‫ﯾﻠﺗزم اﻟطرف اﻟﺛﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺄن ﯾﻌﻣل ﻟدى اﻟطرف اﻷول ﺑـ ﻣﮭﻧﺔ ﻣدﯾر اﻟﻣﺑﯾﻌﺎت ﺑـ إﻣﺎرة دﺑﻲ وﺳﺎﻋﺎت ﻋﻣل‬.1

working hours 8 Hours. ‫ ﯾوم ﻣﺳﺗﺣﻘﺔ ﻟﻸﺟر وذﻟك ﻋن اﻻﯾﺎم اﻟﺗﺎﻟﯾﺔ اﻷ َﺣد‬1 ‫ ﯾﻣﻧﺢ اﻟطرف اﻟﺛﺎﻧﻲ راﺣﺔ أﺳﺑوﻋﯾﺔ ﻟﻣدة‬.4
2. The Second Party will undergo a probation period of 3 months
3. The First Party shall grant the Second Party a paid annual leave of 30
days .4. The Second Party is entitled to get a weekly rest of 1 days with
full
payment for the following days Sunday

Article (2) (Contract Details)
1.The term of this contract shall be 2 Years starting from20/02/2025and.
ending on 20/02/2027 Should either Party solely wish to terminate the ‫ ﻓﺎﻧﮫ ﯾﻠﺗزم ﺑﺗﻘدﯾم إﺧطﺎر ﺑﺎﻹﻧﮭﺎء ﻟﻠطرف اﻻﺧر ﻣﺻﺣوﺑﺎ‬، ‫اﻧﮭﺎء ھذا اﻟﻌﻘد اﺛﻧﺎء ﺳرﯾﺎﻧﮫ‬
Employment Contract during the term thereof, the terminating Party shall
1 ‫اﻟطرﻓﯾن ﺑﻣﮭﻠﺔ إﻧذار ﻣدﺗﮭﺎ‬ .‫ﺷﮭر ﻗﺑل اﻟﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟﻣﺣدد ﻟﻺﻧﮭﺎء وﺗﻛون ھذه اﻟﻣدة ﻣﺗﻣﺎﺛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠطرﻓﯾن‬
notify the other party of such desire 1 month as a prior notice before the
determined date of termination. Such period shall be similar for both parties.
‫ﯾﺟوز ﺑﺈﺗﻔﺎق اﻟطرﻓﯾن ﺗﻣدﯾد أو ﺗﺟدﯾد ھذا اﻟﻌﻘد ﻟﻣدة اﺧرى ﻣﻣﺎﺛﻠﺔ أو ﻣدة أﻗل ﻣره وأﺣدة أو اﻛﺛر وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ‬.2
2.The Parties to the contract may renew the same once or more times for
‫ ﺗﻌﺗﺑر اﻟﻣدة أو اﻟﻣدد اﻟﺟدﯾدة اﻣﺗدادا ﻟﻠﻣدة اﻷﺻﻠﯾﺔ وﺗﺿﺎف إﻟﯾﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ اﺣﺗﺳﺎب ﻣدة اﻟﺧدﻣﺔ‬،‫ﻣدﯾد أو ﺗﺟدﯾد اﻟﻌﻘد‬
similar or shorter period/ periods. In the event of renewal of the contract the
‫ﺗ‬
new period/ periods are deemed to be an extension of the original period and
.‫اﻟﻣﺳﺗﻣرة ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣل‬
shall be added in calculation of the employee's total period of service.
‫إذا اﺳﺗﻣر اﻟطرﻓﺎن ﻓﻲ ﺗﻧﻔﯾذ اﻟﻌﻘد ﺑﻌد إﻧﻘﺿﺎء ﻣدﺗﮫ اﻷﺻﻠﯾﺔ أو إﻧﺗﮭﺎء اﻟﻌﻣل اﻟﻣﺗﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﯾﮫ دون إﺗﻔﺎق ﺻرﯾﺢ‬.3
3.If both parties continue to apply the contract after the lapse of its original
.‫اﻋﺗﺑر اﻟﻌﻘد اﻷﺻﻠﻲ ﻣﻣﺗدا ً ﺿﻣﻧﯾﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺷروط ذاﺗﮭﺎ اﻟواردة ﻓﯾﮫ‬
term or completion of work agreed to, without an express agreement, it should
be understood that the original contract has been extended under the same
conditions except for condition regarding its duration.

Article (4) (Additional Terms) ( ‫اﻟﺑﻧد اﻟراﺑﻊ ) اﻟﺷروط اﻹﺿﺎﻓﯾﺔ‬

Any condition that violates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 33 of 2025 ‫واﻟﻼﺋﺤﺔاﻟﻌﻤﻠﻌﻼﻗﺎﺗﺘﻨﻈیﻤﺒﺸﺄن‬2025‫ﻟﺴﻨھ‬33‫رﻗﻤﺒﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﺎﻟﻤﺮﺳﻮﻣﺄﺣﻜﺎﻣیﺨﺎﻟﻔﺸﺮﻃﻜﻠﺒﺎﻃﻼیﻘﻊ‬
concerning the regulation of labour relations and the executive regulations ‫اﻟﺗﻧﻔﯾذﯾﺔ واﻟﻘرارات ذات اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻣﻌﻣول ﺑﮫ ﻓﻲ ﺷﺄﻧﮫ‬
and the relevant decisions in force in respect thereof sh all be null and void.

Article (5) ‫اﻟﺑﻧد اﻟﺧﺎﻣس‬

The Parties are bound to abide by all the laws and regulations in the country, ‫ واﻻﻟﺗزام ﺑﺎﻟﻣﺣﺎﻓظﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻧظﺎم اﻟﻌﺎم واﻵداب‬،‫ﯾﻠﺗزم اﻟطرﻓﺎن ﺑﺎﻻﻣﺗﺛﺎل ﻟﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﻧظم واﻟﻘواﻧﯾن اﻟﺳﺎرﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟدوﻟﺔ‬
and to maintain public order and public decency. Imposing any of the ‫ وﻻ ﯾﺧل ﺗوﻗﯾﻊ اﻟﺟزاءات اﻟواردة ﺑﺎﻟﻣرﺳوم ﺑﻘﺎﻧون ﺑﺷﺄن ﺗﻧظﯾم ﻋﻼﻗﺎت اﻟﻌﻣل او ﻻﺋﺣﺗﮫ اﻟﺗﻧﻔﯾذﯾﺔ او‬،‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ‬
sanctions mentioned in the Federal Decree-Law on the Regulation of Labour .‫اﻟﻘرارات اﻟوزارﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺔ ﻣن ﺗوﻗﯾﻊ أي ﻋﻘوﺑﺎت واردة ﻓﻲ ﻗواﻧﯾن أﺧرى ﺳﺎرﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟدوﻟﺔ ﺣﺎل ﻣﺧﺎﻟﻔﺗﮭﺎ‬
Relations, or its Executive or Implementing Decrees, shall not hinder
enforcing further sanctions mentioned in other laws in case of violating such
laws.

Article (6) (Declarations) (‫اﻟﺑﻧد اﻟﺳﺎدس ) اﻹﻗرارات‬

1. The parties hereto acknowledged that they had thoroughly reviewed and ‫وﺣرر ھذا‬، ‫أﻗر اﻟطرﻓﺎن ﺑﺎﻧﮭﻣﺎ اطﻠﻌﺎ وواﻓﻘﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﻧود ﻋﻘد اﻟﻌﻣل وﺑﺎﻋﺗﺑﺎره ﺟزء ﻻ ﯾﺗﺟزأ ﻣن ﻋرض اﻟﻌﻣل‬.1
