Kindly note the following details regarding payment of fees for confirmation of admission of
your ward for the Academic Year (AY) 2025-26.

FEE STRUCTURE – GRADE 12 – SCIENCE GROUP ( Includes Offline Performance


Enhancement Program )
Initial Fee – 36000
Tuition Fee per Term – 30500 (Totally 4 Terms)

FEE PAYMENT DUE DATES


The fee has to be paid as per the schedule given below:

2. 50% Initial Fee & Term 1 March 5th 2025 – March 30th

3. Term 2 Fee July 1st 2025 – July 10th 2025
4. Term 3 Fee Oct 1st 2025 – Oct 10th 2025
5. Term 4 Fee Jan 1st 2026 – Jan 10th 2026

FEE PAYMENT MODES


1. The fee counter timings are 9 am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday (except select bank
holidays). Credit or debit card payments, Google/ PhonePe/ PayTM, Online payment
through QR scan, JUPSOFT Portal, Cheque payment, Cash payment can be done at the
fee counter in the school.

Online or Online Wallet payment must be followed with intimation to school with
details for accounting of the payment and issue of fee receipt.

RathinamEZ-Fee-PaySCHEMES

OPTION 1 (ADVANCE PAYMENT)


A parent can opt to pay the entire years fees (i.e., all installments together) before the 1st
Installment due date and avail 3% discount on the entire year’s fees.

OPTION 2 (NO COST EMI OPTION)


Payment can be done in 9 installments (1 installment in School and other 8 installments in
App). Contact Admin in the beginning for choosing this OPTION. No Additional Cost for
choosing OPTION 2.
OPTION 3 (PDC / E-Mandate)
1% discount on the fees (in each installment) can be availed on paying first installment and
submitting Post Dated Cheques (PDCs/e-Mandate form) for 2nd, 3rd and 4th fee
Installments.

OPTION 4 (SELF INITIATE)


Payment of Installment (strictly within the due date) can be self-initiated by the parent
through any of the above mentioned Fee Payment Modes. No fee discount for choosing
OPTION 4. In case of any delay in payment, beyond the installment due date, strictly a late
payment fine of Rs.1000.00 and a late payment fee of Rs.50.00 per day will be charged by
our system automatically.

OTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON FEES


1. All Cheques and Online Payments must be of the exact amount. Short payments will
not be accepted.

2. School Essentials/materials will be given to children only post receipt of


Installment1.

3. Kindly maintain sufficient balance in the given bank account so that the PDCs/e-
Mandates are honored when presented. In the event a cheque/e-mandate being
dishonored for any reason, in addition to late payment fine and fee applicable, a charge
of Rs.500/- will be levied for each such dishonored Cheque. A fresh cheque of the same
amount should be given within 15 days from the due date.

4. Fees once deposited will not be refunded.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT SCHEMES

1. Sibling discount of 20% will be provided in the Elder Child’s Tuition Fee.

2. Parents are encouraged to refer more children for admissions from family, friends
and acquaintances by filling and submitting a referral form available in the campus. If a
new student gets admitted for AY 25-26 mentioning the referral, a onetime referral
reward of Rs.3000 (in the form of fee discount) will be given to the referrer and referee
for each such admission.

3. Submit the photocopy of Employee ID in school office (Every Year), if you are eligible
for Rathinam Tech Park and Rathinam Employee concession.
