Coming Up

So there was no placement, after that we went to Pune, started struggling in Pune, after
struggling for 18 months, got the first job, was giving interviews, was

getting only one interview, was submitting resumes, was not getting calls, a friend of
mine Gave me a suggestion that you should post a fake experience. That PHP developer
was working in Indore. I

wrote the name of the same company. If HR will listen, tell me. We want to listen.
If HR will listen then it means now. This trick of mine will not work on me. Service
company is giving you a package of Rs. 3 lakhs. Product company will give you six. 12th

was done in Hindi medium. I am saying this because children face a lot of problems.
Hindi medium people face problem to get jobs in corporate.

Do not stay in any company for more than 2 years. Well they said this, yes you will open
your email after this video.

When was the last time you sent a resume for a job, did you have many resumes written
in that resume? Even if short listing is not done, why do you know?

what their answer was? What happens that those who are very good interviewers do not
know many questions, I too do not understand many questions, what should I ask, I will

extract questions from your answers only. I ask, don't avoid office politics, be a part of it.
Politics is everywhere. The grandmother in the house, one of our grandmothers also

gives her share of property to her grandson. Three things which I should not share in the
office. Five Common Mystery People Doing in Interviews Five What is 50 Well,

what is the difference between IIT and us? The experience in which people go towards a
comfort, you choose startup and it is like this, many people feel that friend,

we do not have much work. You are getting a salary of Rs 50000, have fun but you don't
even realize when this fun turns into punishment because

Ajay has a house and 2 crore and Ankit has a house and there is 7 crores but Ajay has
something else too. He has worked in a small service company, has

worked in a big service company, has worked in a small product company, has worked
in a very big product company, has also worked in a small startup. Have also worked in a

mid-level startup, have also done freelance, have taken up small projects, have also
taken up very big projects.

Welcome to a new podcast. If we want to achieve something and

are engaged in it, we are working hard and well. One thing you can believe is that you will
get results. A little late but we will definitely meet today. The guest with me is

Ankit. We have used his 12 years very well in this podcast. You

will learn a lot if you are a fresher and have experience. I enjoyed talking to him for one
and a half hour.
I myself Very charged up, very motivated, very inspired by their journey, an experience of
their service based, an experience of their product based, it has been 12 years now,

he is an a senior solution architect and currently associated with a startup in the US. If
you are passionate then recession in IT etc. all these things will keep on coming and
going.

You will do something good in life whether it is financial freedom and living a good life,
all that. Things we have talked about range from office politics to how you start initially
when

you join, how to handle tough things, how to tackle people, what things to keep in mind
at the time of interview. We also understood the road map on

how to build a successful tech career in IT And seriously this is one of the best episodes
Many podcasts are done but this podcast was very special

We learned a lot from Ankit's journey Hope you guys will also learn But there is one
condition that you will have to spend one and a half hours in this podcast, only then you
will understand things and

try to implement it in your life. If you come to know something after 5 years and you
come to know today itself, then how good it will be. your strategy and your mindset will
change

and that is important. After watching this podcast, I want it to be yours and if you work

good podcast with you. Okay, let's get started today. You

will leave by saying thank you to me in the end, it is going to be a lot of fun, come on,
Ankit, welcome to our youtube channel, thankyou for coming. Today we will talk about
your 10 years journey

Welcome Introduction

How things started, testing, Java, .net, code, now you are a solution architect, although
it doesn't looks like you

you have a 10 year experience, tell me in the comment section, but before that, there
are many such questions which you must have faced in 10 years, right, so today I will
talk to you in details, it is going to be a lot of fun with you, and but before that, one small
introduction

Ankit's Introduction

, tell me a little about yourself, where do you come from and how were these last 10
years? First of all, I will correct you, not 10, but 12 years, and 12 also

because I have one year for IIT. Had a break, otherwise it would have been 13 years.

Okay, so technically it means 13 years of experience. On paper, it is 12 years. Okay, so

first of all, my name is Ankit Gangarade and I currently live in Indore. There

is a town near Indore, Khandwa. I belong to the place where the late Kishore Kumar was
born, there

is a small village near it, Pandhana, he is my native,

I studied in a Hindi medium. 11th 12th entire education was done in Hindi medium.

I am saying this because the children and audience have a lot of problem

in making their place in the corporate. Hindi medium students can be told

that through Hindi medium also you can do well in the corporate. You can make a place
and come here, no, your Hindi core was Hindi medium, core Hindi medium till 12th

even in college too, we can just say this. It is true that the books were in English and we
gave the exam in English. I also studied in other wise college also

in Hindi medium. Even after college, for about five-seven years, I could not say to myself
that I could speak in English.

, I am Hindi medium only, my English has improved a little, even at the moment I don't
think that my English is that good, but yes, there has been a little

improvement, This is your nobility or whatever you are saying that 12 years do not pass
like this,

then I will definitely understand from your journey, if you do not tell me directly,

then we will understand, what did you do in graduation, I did B.Tech in graduation, ok
yes, Khandwa. I have a college, it is a small college. When we

Ankit's College Journey

talk about engineering colleges, there are tier one, tier two, tier three colleges. I

would call my college a tier 20 college. It is a very small college. But

Means no placement ? Tier 20, you understand what can happen if I

tell you its fees, then you will be the judge. Till that time, the fees of 12th in a good
school was Rs 30000, my

college fees was Rs 20000, so but for me. College means my whole life

is the contribution of that college, it is because of that college that I have come here, so
that college

is no less than a temple for me, but yes, that college is a very small college. It was still a
good college

. Good students have come out from there. I did my engineering in that type of college.
After that, as you said, there was no placement, so there was no placement. After that, I
went

to Pune. I started facing setbacks in Pune and suffered setbacks for the whole 18
months. After this, my first job was in testing. By the way, you are local from Indore but
went to Pune for job.

Ankit's Struggle to Get First Job as Tester

Didn't get placement from college. Nothing happened from college. And got job in
software testing in first company. There was a soft test plan that we have to go for
testing,

no, there was no such plan, till the time we went to Pune, we did not know which are the
streams of jobs, what can we do, we were told only that

Java is a technology and we also know Java, but what are the profiles in software
companies, how is the work done, what can be done apart from development,

development is a small part , there are many things in software companies. Things
happen, there are a lot of rules, but the conditioning in college is like this, only one

thing is visible, but when you work outside, you spend two-three years, then you feel
that there is opportunity in other role as well and money in those roles too. Even

now, even now, when I conduct seminars in colleges, the children still

do not know what are the profiles apart from software development and what are the
roles in which. Which are the non-technical roles they can go for, that is,

where you do not need coding and still you can pursue your career in the IT industry? I
have added questions for you, now we will talk in details further, so start

Ankit के 12 साल कैसे थे?

your journey right from testing. So how do you see these 12 years overall and still you
are working yes still I am working along with content creation yes so these 12 years

have been very good I have learned a lot on I also remained on site for some time.
Where did I go? I

went to Paris, not exactly Paris. There was a town near Paris. There was an Air Bus office
there.

I went there and worked in big companies. I worked in a small service company.

Worked in a big service company, worked in a small product company, worked in a very
big product company, worked in a small startup,

worked in a mid-level startup, freelanced, did small

projects too. I Have also taken up very big projects and also doing content creation. Very
good, very good, that is why today we have prepared so many questions for you that
whoever

will give one hour of his time in this podcast, a mindset will be developed. Off course is
fine, so

Software टे स्टिं ग में ककतना समय बिताया ?

the testing has started. Approximately how much time did you spend in testing? I spent
approximately eight months in testing. For eight months, I had a mentor, one of my
teachers,

who taught me Java. He told me that Ankit,

do not stay in any company for more than two years. It is good like this. Told him, I will
correct this

sentence and this entire phrase. Yes, he had said that do not stay in one company, but it
was not that do not stay in the company, do not stay in any project. Now after 12 years, I

understood that you should not stay in one company. more than 2 years but Don't stay
in any project. If you get six projects in the same company in 12 years, then there is no
problem. You

can stay. I followed it. Left the testing after

one year and joined LNT. Left LNT after one year. Yes, joined GE after one year. I left,
however, I returned.

Well, after a year, I left, then retained, then left again.

I was retained by General Electric five times, then I left. When I joined Hughes, I
stayed for only eight months in testing. After that I came to Mumbai, I came to Mumbai
and

started my core engineering journey from LNT where I

started working as a Java developer. I was hired as a Java developer but I was then put in
testing

there too. In Python, when I went to Paris, I

was writing the entire testing framework in Python and learned it. After coming back
from there, I joined General Electric. General Electric changed my entire career because
I

GE Company ने Ankit का Career िदला

got so retained, yes how much. times you Retained a little or not, I am not talking from
the perspective of retained. General Electric is a product company. First of all,

if you don't know, it is a very big company. Like

Googl , we consider such companies as General Electric too. There is a similar

company, I also did not know about it before joining.

I got to work on all the cutting and technology there. Every six months, I worked on a
new project and in some of my videos I have talked about the product company and
service company.

differences I want to know from you now in continuation of this question, either all the
benefits that I got from the product company came from GE, it

changed my entire personality, the biggest benefit that I got is that GE

Ankit को GE Company ने IITIAN िना ददया

made me an IIT'ian, how so? Before we move ahead in the video let us talk about GFG

where the 390 challenge is going on, what is the 390 challenge if you are looking to up
skill yourself for Example if you enroll any course

from GFG like Software Testing, Devops, Full Stack Web Development any course and

after enrolling it if you complete 90 % within 90 days then you will get refund of 90 % for
example if If you enroll today,

if you complete your course within 90 days, you will get 90 % But you will get your refund
back, not only this, you will get one to one mock interview and exclusive job
opportunity and your resume will be reviewed by an expert, so GFG has brought all this
in 390 challenge, I have given

the rest link for you people. Inside the description you can go and check out. Let's talk
further. So once

I was going by train to Mumbai. I had an IIT

Difference Between IITIAN and Tier 3 College Student

professor with me on that journey too. I asked him, Sir, this is my journey before joining
GE, I asked him, Sir, I have a question for you, if you don't mind,

if you answer, then what is the difference between us and IIT, I was technically

strong earlier also. I was good in studies, I was also technically strong, although my
English was not good, but I was very good in coding and still

I think I am fine, so I said to Sir, Sir, what is this? There is a difference which separates
the IITians or IIM guys from us.

Sir told me, there is only one difference and that is the attitude and

the way of looking at any opportunity and any problem, there is no other difference. You

may be more talented than them but I will tell you my point of view. He also added this

I said that I will definitely tell you my perspective but you will not understand it now. If
you ever get a chance to work with IIT'ian in the future, you will definitely

understand. I will tell you what was my perspective, When I joined GE. I only take
freshers from IITs. Mostly 99 cents General Electric is

Ankit's GE Experience & Learnings

filled with IITs only. I don't know how they took me but somehow

I entered there. The team I was in had four IITians. And our tech lead

was from NIT Well Lad and I was the only one who

was from a small college in Khandwa. And one more thing was that all four of them were
freshers,

I was the one with two years of experience and the one who was a tech lead had 4 years
experience.

Whenever we got something new, for example, we got a new tool to work at that time,
which is called WSO Tool. If you have heard the name, then Dubs

is a tool to work beyond that. Got a little opportunity and was assigned a task that
Never GiveUp Mindset : अच्छा Software Developer कैसे िने?

you have to do the complete integration into a product within 15 days to 20 days.
Because I was a senior person, I had a little more responsibility.

The tech lead used to assign all the work to me . It was assumed that I am also leading
the team

four freshers. I was literally scared that what new tool is this, I have never

heard the name, I have been a testing guy, I have done Python. Now it is completely
integrated with Java, how will it happen, what will happen, will I be able to do it,

literally, I was very worried for two days, when we went to the office on Monday and
when

there was a discussion in the entire team, you will not believe that day was my life
changing day in my life

and I am not saying this just for the sake of saying it in the video. Seriously, when we told
those four guys, wow, new tool, let's do it, it will be fun, I was nervous,

they were happy. They were thinking that we will get to learn something new, let's work,
work hard, learn,

read the documentation, when I observed their working methods for five-seven days,
you will not believe that I am telling

you this is absolutely true, my whole life. It kind of changed because my perspective
was that

I was looking at the problem in a more focused way, what was the problem, he

was looking at the solution, I was looking at the difficulty, he was looking at what new
thing

could be learned. To I was seeing whether I would be able to complete it or not, they
were seeing what new we would learn, what new additions we would add

and let's see whether we would be able to complete it or not, Believe me, whether I will
be able to do it or not, and whether I can do it or not, there

is a lot of difference between the two, so that day I literally remembered what the
professor had said that

only the perspective of seeing changes and nothing else changes. Since then, my vision
has changed.

The point of view has changed and I also suggest this to every student whenever I
take seminars that you should change your point of view. As soon as you change the
point of view, automatically everything will change in life. Very valuable, very insightful
talk. You

told and seriously means it is very deep if you think carefully and you

get to learn a lot from this and this is the difference, they look at the problems from a
completely different perspective. From the point of view of opportunity,

let us see what we will get to learn and what new challenges will come and

they want to be challenged and believe me, the children coming out of small colleges or

even those who are not engineers are equally talented. And in many ways, we may have
more talent than ITT'i, but just because of this attitude of thinking, the opportunity

slips away from our hands, that's why we say that Mind is the most powerful thing.
Right, you have changed the perspective of thinking, things become easier, it is like a
game,

there are some set of practices also, some things come from experience, if you do not
get that environment, perhaps your mind is not developed like that, absolutely not.

What is Low Code?

So in testing, you saw Java also, .net also, you are in the low code also, what is the low
code, so as I said,

GE gave me new technology every six months, so in 2017 Around, a new tool

was running, although it was running for a long time, Low Code Sales Force. You must
have heard the name Sales Force. It is a low code tool, but earlier,

applications were developed only in Sales Force. Out Systems was a Low code tool,

one of them came to do POC and said, let's do it now, I was already in IIT, till 2017-18,
then

the work came directly to me, Ankit, you will have to do this. So I was made the lead of
two people. Team was given and learned to practice in low code. When learned and
understood, it

is a very powerful tool and it is such a powerful tool that it increases your productivity to
9X,

increases it nine times, tool which you can make in Java .NET. You make it in a year,

you can deliver it here in one month or two month, what is this, what does it give in low
code, it gives us some packages, so like Java also
has frameworks, right Spring Boot. Struts So these frameworks give you some built

in libraries which you use and by using them some set of specific code

is already defined, you just have to confine or make advances in it. Similarly whoever
imagined low code. He thought that

the for loop, for each loop, if conditions, switch else condition, we can automatic
configure this too or

if we draw the path or design the workflow behind the scene. It is also possible to create
loops

and write all the code, and if the developer has to concentrate only on the logic, then

how much better it would be and this is also true. Right, if you have to read complete
data from an Excel sheet, you have to write four or five line code in any technology.

the business logic to be performed will definitely come in between those four to five
lines of code. But

the code of four to five lines, this is the syntax, if it is automate it If it is given or

converted into a workflow and the developer has to focus only on business logic, then it
will save time and the scope of development will also be reduced, then this is what

low code gives us. This is the low code very nice and Is this or any other language
specific? Okay, it depends on whoever has created the Low code tool,

on which language is the base value based, for example out system this. It is based on

.Net, Mendix It is based on Java Some Python pages are also made Some C pages are
also made

Okay so now where are you currently connected with whom are you So

Hexware Journey : PreSales Architect

after GE , IN GE I spent almost 6 years there,

from testing to test lead, from test lead to .net developer, .net lead, then out systems,

out systems lead, out systems architect also, I played the role there, then I joined
Hague, as a pre sales architect ok now pre sales

architect is also a very good profile in this you are directly in touch with the sales team
you act as a bridge between sales team and

product delivery team ok so when Also, when a new project comes to the sales team,
it needs a technical person who can estimate how much time it will take, how many
teams will be required and can calculate the costing to deliver the entire project

. I played the role of knowing how much the cost would be from a technical point of
view. I also played the role of team building, team training and handling two more
products.

After that I left my job and started working as a freelance consultant because I had
worked in pre sales and had good experience,

Ankit's Freelancing Journey

so many companies started offering me consultant roles as a pre-sales architect.

I got moonlighting offers but I did not prefer to do that, so I left and started doing full
time freelancing. Okay,

many big companies just wanted to bid for the project, so

I helped them in bidding, if you can do it with so many developers. If you want to make

it in this budget, then it will be made according to you can bid. Also, if any company

needs help in starting their project or wants to mentor their team

to take the project to a stage. Then they have to hand over to their team, that was done
after that recently I joined US based health care

12 साल के िाद Startup से जड़

ु ने का कारण

startup as a solution architect, in which experience people go towards a comfort.

Why did you choose the startup? This is also a very good question you asked me.

For a long time, I felt that I should not join a startup

because many people in the startup had told me, who have been my mentors and
seniors, that if you join a startup, then first of all you have to do business.

Understanding comes as to how the business should be run. Now I

have 10-12 years of experience and I have become financially sound and

technically very good too. I feel that I have become so good at it that I can run my own
business. If I can build something , I thought that I had no plans to join a startup

but when the opportunity came, I felt that I can learn a lot here. In the direction of
starting a business, I joined him. Very good, very

good Ankit, you have no idea that today our audience will learn a lot from you
from your experiences, from your stories, there is a learning in every story, of course you
mentioned

it in the through out startup also. Worked in mid cap also,

got a chance to explain in MNC also, so a part to you, a fresher

क्या Freshers को Startup में शाममल होना चादहए?

should initially join a startup to start his career and You should join a big MNC and in this
you can tell me the difference

in service base and product base as well which you felt through out your journey.
Please, first of all, wherever you get a job, start first, it is important to start, it is

the right thing because When you are a fresher, you are not at this stage, you

are not at a position where you can choose that friend, I will join you, not you, I will leave
you, but if you are there, you are extraordinary. If you have done engineering from IIT or

from a big college, then there are many factors that you should pay attention to.

Difference Between Service and Product Based Companies

First of all, I will tell you the difference between a service company and a product
company, service company in the sense, TCS, Wipro, Infosis these are service company.

Company means that it provides services to some other company to make its product,

just like we make it, we call the contractor that brother, build our house, then that
contractor becomes a service company for us and

he provides his employees For us to build our house, a product company means a
company that

manufactures its own products and either sells that product or sells that product as a
service. For example, I am a builder, I have built my own houses.

I am renting out my own house or I am building and selling my own house. This is my
product. Company. This is a basic difference.

Now, working culture, working methods, benefits, salary, progress, opportunity there is
a difference

Yes, in both the companies, in both the sectors, first of all let's talk about the benefits of
the service company.

Benefits of Joining Service Based Companies

What are the benefits of the service companies? Then we will see the benefits of the
product company. All the drawback of the service company will be seen by the product
company.

The biggest benefits of a drawback service company are that you get easy entry because
in a service company, all types of people

are needed, technically beasts are also needed,

Even if you are an underperformer or a little less technically strong, people who have
absolutely zero technical knowledge or knowledge of other sectors

will also work because there is every kind of work, , support work, development work.
This is the work of testing, every kind. They fill the bench also, they have to feel it,

then you get the entry easily, now bench, if

students do not know what bench is, then whenever The company has to bid,

like TCS has to bid for a company that we

will build your project in this much amount, then that company tells them that ok, how
many developers will be required, they say that 50 developers will be required but

50 will be required, Will get the work done but 10 out of 50 left last night itself, then what
will happen,

do you have such workforce whom you can immediately deploy overnight, then they say
yes, we have

so many on the bench. There are so many resources available which we can use, that is
called bench,

you explained it very well and these things come only from experience and there is
specially a bench pool area in the service base where people are kept, there are

experienced and fresher people. There are different types of people and they are giving
interviews again.

Sometimes direct hiring is also happening for the project but sometimes we are going to
the project after giving interviews. It depends on the tech sack. Right

then you would advise that if you are a fresher, if you have the right things then first

try to get your first job, it does not matter if it is a startup, MNC, till and

unless, you have a very strong portfolio, you can do some more things. You deserve it ,
you are made for something else, it is necessary to fight, yes, I

have to crack this company, right correct, so we were talking about their benefits,
the first benefit of a service company. This is what happens that you get a job easily. The
second benefit of it is that if you get the job, even if you are a little

technical here and there, you can still survive. The third benefit of it can be said that you
get a little flexibility. Get to know what background you are from

What is your educational background? If your educational background is even a little

weak, you have passed engineering with not very good percentage, still

you get entry in a service company. The fourth benefit you get is that you get very good
friends in service company. Talking about TCS, Wipro, Infosys these company are

full of youngsters, so if you go as a fresher then you make life long

friendships, I have personally observed this. This is because when I started in a service
company, I made very close friends and in a product company

I could not make even a single friend because in a product company, the chances of you
finding someone of your age are a little less, it depends on which one. Which company

are you going to, then these are the benefits of service company. If

DrawBacks of Service Based Organisations

we talk about the drawback of service company, then there is no guarantee whether you
will get technically demanding projects or not. This is luck.

secondly, you get a chance to change the project and switch. This is also not a
guarantee this happens many times and there are such lack of employees in India right
now,

who started in 2008, till 2024 they are still working on the same product and same
project,

they are unable to get out, try talking to the manager. They also do not release it, either
take the release directly from the company,

only now the situation is that they are not able to get the release even from the company
because they

are working in the technology which is outdated. There is not an opportunity, That's why
I say that it is very important to assess yourself year by year,

if we forget and go into comfort, you will not even know

how it will appear to you later in your life, slowly, it is very slow. It is happening slowly,
we don't realize it, we don't realize it, it seems that many people feel that

Dark Reality of Service Based Organisations

we don't have much work, we are getting 50000 salary, have fun, but when will this fun
stop?

You don't even realize it because after five years pass like this , no one is taking you
because technically you

have not made any progress. You were working in a project which was not technically
demanding . No, you did not get to learn, so this is a drawback.

The second drawback of the service company is that you have to go for nine hours, you

have to go completely. Punch in punch out, your management will see and

your salary will be seen according to that. Very can do this is a drawback then your
increments are

comparatively less because there are too many people and will give a little to everyone
only then 2 or 3 % at the same time There are not so many people in the product base
that

like in TCS 6 lakh people work together , there are a lot of changes and I can feel like
ownership. When you

develop your product, it remains more flexible. Work matters, being online on teams
does not. It doesn't matter, right, I have seen all these things. Okay,

very insightful. I am getting to know many things from you. Now let's talk about the
product company.

The product company also has some benefits and it also has some disadvantages. First
of all, let's talk about the benefits. The first benefit is that if you earn salary

Benefits of Joining Product Based Organisations

according to the caliber of your current caliber, then

you can earn double of that caliber. secondly, you will get to work on cutting edge
technology

anything coming after 6 months, work is going on today, you are right, of course you will
get a lot of learning, thirdly, you will get work life balance,

In GE I used to go to office sometimes at 9 o'clock, sometimes at 12 o'clock, You will not

believe that I

have gone to office at 8 o'clock in the night and came back at 10 o'clock because they

do not care about your presence. You should do as much work as is assigned to you and
it
should be done with the same quality. I can feel this in Adidas whatever you are telling

I live like this. No change, I went to office at 11:00 and took the call. I should stay on the
main calls

. Whatever calls are going on, stay on them. Do the stories on your time and after that I
am going home at 4:00 so no one is going to ask me. Brother, where

are you going, sit here, this is not all right, now if we talk about the drawback of the
product company,

DrawBack of Product Based Company

then one of the biggest drawback of the product company, although it may not be called
a drawback, but now I think it is a drawback.

Is this why you are not able to leave it? My tendency since the beginning has been that I

will leave a company in two years. Don't want to leave the project but my

conditioning was that I have to leave the company and I will change the project every
two years but the product company. After coming in, I couldn't leave for 6 years. What
would have happened if I did?

If you are exceptionally talented then your salary growth is not that much,

although you are earning more than in a service company , but once you enter the
company in the product, your increment

is not that much if you keep switching. So you can earn a lot of money, you can earn
money, but you will not be able to switch the product,

people are working in the company for 20-20 years and do not leave for 20-20 years.
They retire from there, this is a draw back. you are absolutely right. Another source of
motivation

is money which you are getting. Okay, you are doing product development, your
experience is increasing, but you have absolutely Rightly said then it would have felt
good

then they say ok this is good correct now in the podcast we are talking about a lot of
things you are covering different segments it is very good so questions

also in the same segment We will keep it absolutely

क्या Fake Experience लगाना सही है?

fake experience. There are many freshers, now sometimes they are not getting the
opportunity, they have to fake it. Is it right or not? What should I say?
Look, it is not right but many people are doing it. I am telling you.

I also have my point of view in this, I am very familiar with it, got adjusted

, which means many people are doing it and then after two-three years they remove it

and in Pune, in Mumbai. There are many such companies in Bangalore which are
providing such an experience but this is wrong, it is illegal and I also did it, yes but

I had half fake experience, partially fake yes, I had worked out, that means you

understand, I have given you my introduction. I told that in 2012 I passed

out engineering and got a job in November 2013. From 2012 till 13 mid,

The Moment I wrote the name in Pune. Second day I got a call. Second day you come for
the interview. I went for the interview. First round came out. Second round

came out. Third round came out. After three-four days I got a call for the HR round that
you come with your documents and tell me but There I did not tell

them that I but one thing I would like to say because if you don't tell maybe you don't get
the opportunity, sometimes you have to work for the opportunity,

although this is wrong, this is not right but. If you are really skilled then you

have adopted this method, then it is not bad because you have given your interview
honestly, there is nothing fake there, then if you are making a career from there, then

why not you do this. Whatever I did, what did I do? When

the turn came to get the offer letter, the turn of the HR round came, they called me with
all the documents, I was also not in favor of it, I was not in favor of fake experience,

then I Where did I get the documents from, I did not have the documents, some of my
friends said that we talk to this company, talk to that company, give money,

fake experiences were made for 15000, but then I thought, no, I will refuse and I will
clearly say in the HR round that I do not have experience and this is what I did.

If the service company is giving you a package of Rs 3 lakh, the product company will
give you six, this

90 % product companies will give you six

I was giving interviews. I was getting only one interview. I

was submitting resumes. I was not getting calls. One of my friends suggested me to give
a fake experience in Indore. He was working as a PHP developer. I
wrote down the name of the same company. What abuses did the HR give? I mean, he
did not abuse but he said very badly that how can you do such a thing yesterday but I
told him again.

Requested that you once ask the hiring manager who had interviewed me whether the
person will do or not, now he went out, I don't know whether he did not

ask but he accepted me, this thing work out for you. IT can't for everyone, so you have to
see whether you have to speak or not,

how much you have to remain silent, otherwise tell your fake experience only in that
condition

when you feel that you will crack this interview. People said it was absolutely right, you
completely agreed otherwise you will be blacklisted, okay, we had a question about fake
experience,

we wanted to ask you and you answered very well and with honesty because in your
journey you have had certifications

Certifications का ककतना Value होता है ?

like You know, we talked about there are a lot of rules, there is testing, there is devs,

there is cloud, there is front end, like I am working myself, what do we hold the value
when

I am switching or Does certification matter to shine in front?

off-course matter. Let me ask you a question. Suppose

you have a cold and you have to go to a doctor. There are two or three MBBS doctors
sitting in your locality. To whom will you go, that is, I will go to anyone,

it is a cold, right. Both are doctors, but if I want to get heart surgery done,

I will go to the specific heart doctor. Yes , right now you have two options,

both have passed out from AIIMS, both are brilliant doctors. Both very famous, their
reviews

are good, one doctor, both of them have done MS from the same college,

but only one doctor is like this, you can choose either of them but one doctor is like this.
Those who have done some fellowships in those specific areas,

have done certifications, they go to expert events,

go in this way, they have done two or three certifications in robotic surgery, now who do
you choose? The vibe is coming, they have more experience, they
have experience, etc. So, when you have seven years of experience, it

works in the same way in IT industry, then your certification does not have that much
value because seven years till 10 years of experience. If there is hiring, then

10- 15 people are required for one position, certified people also come, non- certified
people also come, but When it comes to 14-15 years of experience, there

is only one position, okay, four, five, 10 people were interviewed, in the last two,

one has to be finalized, out of the two, two are left, meaning both are technically strong,
off course , but one who has 10, 12 certifications. He has been hired 100%, his
weightage

is more and at 99 % or should I say 100% chances are there that he will be hired and not
just

hired. If his expectation 10-15 % more than the other one then

he will be given it. So you are saying that certification holds value

even on time and when you are giving interview then it has importance. It holds a lot of
value.

Yes. In the beginning, if there is no value, it does not have that much impact, but

after 10-15 years of experience, certification is very important and it

is important to do certification from the beginning as You cannot do 15 certifications

overnight

can take the certification of any technology. The entry level certifications are easy ,
questions are also available in them, you can pass just like that,

but for the advanced level certifications, you have to pass literally. If you have to study,
then

if you are not doing it from the beginning of your career, then you will not be able to do it.
It is absolutely fine. Come on, we had many doubts on certification too, you too must
have got cleared

. You must have gone there, so when we are doing certification, then somewhere we get
confidence and expertise in that thing, however, when you go to the interview, it

5 Common Mistakes People Do in Interviews

is a certification side, now the answer you are giving matters, only because it is a right
one. Now, when questions will be asked, it is more a matter of how much knowledge
you have,
but if you have done the certification genuinely, then your knowledge will come
automatically, it will be groomed, it will increase whenever something happens.

If you do it yourself then the confidence is different, right ok, now I have another
question for you, five common mistakes that people do in interviews .

there are not only 5, but 50 are there. I am making videos on them also

What mistakes do we make and how can we overcome them? I have taken more than
250 interviews in my career. Okay, many more and

in the last three-four years. I have taken a lot of interviews and in every interview,

I have also interviewed two year old people, I have also interviewed freshers, I have also
interviewed 12 year old, 10 year old and 15 year old architects, I give you five, I

tell you four mistakes which Will cover everyone. Okay, the first mistake is to

speak too fast. What happens when you have given 25-30 interviews? You have given a
lot of interviews.

There are some things that are common in these short ones. There are questions and
their answers are already fitted in your subconscious. Now you speak so fast, you feel
that you

are speaking well but the interviewer does not understand because you are speaking
fast unconsciously. You are right about your pace. One easy way to keep

this in mind is that whatever sentence you are speaking, wherever a comma appears,

take half a breath. Wherever a full stop comes, take a full breath. The structure of

your entire sentence is automatic. Emotions will change, your hands will start twitching,
eye

contact will change, the meaning of the whole thing will change, very very good Ankit
very much

Well, you have given an example and yes, you are right, the more patient you are in what
you say, the better the receiver will be able to understand what you are saying. Many
times people

speak fast because of this, they speak quickly so that no questions come up.
Sometimes it remains the same but it has no impact because

your conversation is not being conveyed. Right, eye

contact is another thing. We all know that we are even and both of us are talking. Even if
you are there, you
should keep eye contact, but 90% people, even educated, intelligent people with 15
years of experience

are not able to keep eye contact. Why do you tell me why there seems to be some fear
of missing out? It may

be something like this, sometimes it is situational, this is a little bit, friend. If this seems
to me

too technical or I may get exposed, that may be the reason, try one more time, there is
no different answer, you know, it is not self-aware. That has to be done but it

is not a matter of self, no, I don't, I don't think, so it means that

a person with 10 years, 15 years of experience is technically strong and

even in his attitude, he is a tough guy. Do you consider yourself a senior? No, I will tell
you.

What is the reason for this, is there a scientific reason for it and is it a valid reason?
Okay, whenever we look into the eyes and talk, not only if you look into the eyes of the
camera. If

we talk about anything, it will also create the same effect, then hypnosis is created.

Okay, if we are hypnotized, then either we ourselves are getting hypnotized or the other
person

is getting hypnotized. If the other person starts getting hypnotized by our words, starts
believing what we say but in 90% cases or I would

say 99% cases what happens is we ourselves are getting hypnotized and when we are
getting hypnotized We forget what we were saying. If you

can relate, when you make a video in front of the camera, sometimes you might fumble,
you might forget that because you are talking looking into the camera's eyes,

right. 99 % people are not able to talk by making eye contact even after knowing it

because their attention goes into eye contact, hypnosis is created and they forget what I
was saying or whether I agree. This makes me feel like this.

that if I am very confident in something, take it in tech stack, take it in ordinary life, then
eye contact happens. If

I am confident in what I say, then those things get synced. You are right in saying that

sometimes you make eye contact. Either you are a little less confident, then those
things,
then I get stuck, my words will lapse, but yes, you are able to say this because you

have been making videos for so many years, so you have practice in this,

Also, when you look into the eyes, you tell the one who has confidence to make a video
on the camera, he will fumble, even today we fumble, it

is not that brother, the words have become tricky and we could not get them out, but
yes, you are this.

This is a very good way to solve the problem . I have done theater in my college days

Interviewer से आँख ममला कर कैसे िात करें ?

. Oh wow, I have done a workshop from NSD. I am very nice. Okay, MPSD

is an institute in Bhopal. I am from there. I am a graduate in 2013, so we used to do this

practice there and in acting it is done so that we do not get stuck in it. While acting,

you have to look in the mirror, take any piece of dialogue or something.

You have to take a book and you have to look into your eyes and talk and read it, try it for
30 days and your

problem of fumbling will be solved by making eye contact. While talking,

the problem of speaking will be solved, you will also remember in your back of mind that
what should I say in the next sentence and you will see that I am relating it completely
100% that content

creation is also something like this, only then we have to practice a lot. That's why we
talk about those things with eyes, so maybe my opinion was a little different

but now I understand your point because those people are not used to it, they are not
content creators, they are not exercising , so the third thing comes to the third

reason, the third mistake which we do during the interview or during job hunting is the
resume. I am giving you a real life example and

Common Resume Mistakes क्या करते हैं लोग ?

sharing my experience. I had asked a question to an HR manager of a very big company

that I or all of us give a lot of resumes but still short

listing does not happen. Do you know what was his answer? You guess. What would
they

have answered ok so you mean you give a resume but

there is no shirt listing see if generic if I say points So May B is like whatever skill set they
want or they are not seeing it in the CV, there

are no points, there is no quality CVs, this is the reason why no one reads your CV, it has
come and it is garbage. Why

because your CV is not attractive I have to hire 50 people, you just

after watching this video. Go to naukari.com, go to linkedin, see any job with 5 years of
experience, how many have applied for it, 10000 5000 8000

8000, who will look at the resume? Right, your resume should be attractive. Now how to
become attractive? First of all, there should not be more than two page in the resume.

If you are a fresher then it should be of only one page and there should be a photo in it.
Certification should have its logo. You should have a proper summary which

should match the job description. Your resume should be different for every job.

Short listing will be done automatically. Very well marked, very good. Last point is the
main point. Many people make this mistake. And I

have observed this with many people when I have done interviews.

What is it like to give point to point cut to cut answers? Questions to those who are very
good interviewers.

Like I too don't understand many questions, what should I ask? I ask questions from
your answers. Now I asked you, "

What is Java?" You said, "Java is a software development language", the conversation is
over, what after that? Now I will have to think of a new question, I will think of four or five
questions

and then I will say, okay man, HR will get back to you but if you answer, Java is a
Software Development Language Which is Used to Develop Enterprise

Grade Application Now that you have emphasized that word, the next question will
come, what do you mean by enterprise Grade Application?

Now you must know the answer to that. Absolutely, I understand what you are trying to
teach, I am

able to relate but yes these are very basic things are ignored correct ok now If you have
been here for 12 or 13 years, you must have seen office politics too. You are

How to Deal With Office Politics?

bridging somewhere or the other. Do you know what is your point of view? When
someone is a fresher, there is a fear when you go to a company, a little bit. It happens
that life is different from college, many times you meet good people, many times

the way of working of some people is different, so how to avoid office politics, because
of this,

I think it depends on many things, which thing. What to take, what not to take, how to
react, but what is your take, don't

avoid office politics, be a part of it . Okay, see, politics is everywhere,

the grandmother in the house, one of our grandmothers also has her share of property.

She gives it to her grandson whom she loves more. If you have four brothers or your
father's father has four brothers, then you

must have observed that the entire family is more inclined towards one brother. What is
this? Politics is right, when there is politics in our house,

it can also happen in the office and it is normal, so accept it, be a part of it and be

absolutely diplomatic in your moves. Now diplomatic means, first of all,

do not speak ill of anyone, this is an industry. If you have a small industry till the age of
10 years

of experience then you will never face any problem when the hiring starts after 10 years
or after 10 years When hiring is done on experience, 90% of

the hiring is done on the basis of references. If you are talking bad about each other or
indulge in gossip, then accept that your references will get spoiled, so do not talk bad
about anyone, even if you

tell your manager or team lead. Why don't you look bad no matter how bad you are?
Don't say bad things to them. You are always one and one and I have noticed

the behavior of people if you know that you do not look good then you

are ugly. Sorry I am this I am using the word because

in this video it is necessary for this video, if you are ugly, regardless of whether you are a
boy or

a girl, you get ready, you get facials done, you decorate your hair, why do you

wear clothes, you wear good shoes. If you wear perfume, it means that you like to go to
office by being present, up to date, that means that

you show yourself to be different from whatever you are, but if you are angry, you show
anger in the office
and say that I am like this. If you want to accept, do it. Why don't you want to get
yourself accepted as ugly but

want to get angry? You don't think that this is a wrong. It is absolutely wrong. So,

no matter how angry you are, why don't you get jealous no matter how much you hurt
others? Why don't you want to go up by doing small things? Do everything but don't let
anyone know.

This is the right politics and every person should have this inbuilt quality. You have to

be smart and calculative which I could understand. I liked your honesty the way you did
it. This

example has been fitted and is quite relatable. Many times some things happen in front
of us but we are not able to catch them. But yes, I have caught your point very well. This
is very

important that yes, you are working about someone. Don't speak poorly at the right
time. It is important to know one thing, you know that this is not right but at the right
time,

because you have to live in that environment, but you answered very well. Okay, so

3 Things Not to Share in Office

Ankit, I have one more question for you, three things which I should not share,

see in the office, first of all, never share your problems,

what are your personal problems, what are your financial problems, never share with
anyone because you never know that. How will it turn back on you?

Right, as I said, there is a lot of politics in the office, so somewhere, someone can use
all these things against you in any way, so

don't share these things, there is no point in it. Secondly, you should never speak ill of
anyone, never be a part of gossips, do not support them, do not go against them,

be neutral, thirdly, do not speak ill of the HR of the office, do not go against them, if you

If you have to submit your papers then don't submit your papers saying this or don't
leave saying that I am very upset or don't leave saying that I will never

come back to you, you never know when you need what. Yes, this world is very small,

the corporate world is very small, at any time you may need any manager, any HR, any
employee of any company, even if you do not need it, such
a situation may arise that this company Now the same manager wants to call you by
giving you more packages

or can call you, so do not put yourself in such a situation that

%you will not be able to take advantage of that kind of situation. This is what happens in
95 % case

but I don't know. Why do we do this, after putting paper, it means now we don't have

to do anything, you should do a lot of work, at that time I am able to understand one
thing from you,

if you want a good career in IT companies, then you don't mean to complain.

You have to complain, sometimes it is necessary for something, you feel that the
processes are not right, you can give your point of view, to stand out in the meeting, it

is very important to keep yourself composed, if you spoil everyone, then as a personality
People

will corner you again everywhere in your house. If you have elder brothers, you will spoil
them, then elder brothers will separate you from your parents. If you spoil you, they

will not take care of you as much as they should have. So if you If you spoil your image at
home , your value will go down and you will not be respected, then how can you imagine

that this does not happen in companies? Freelancing has also been a part of your
career, so if someone wants to do freelancing, then you had left job to do freelancing

Darkest Truth of Freelancing World

Right, let's study a little and understand that sometimes people manage along with the
job, what things do they want to do even after leaving the job, keep those things in mind

while freelancing. It can also be in something like software development or someone

does video editing, it can be any work, then what things should you keep in mind,

if you are your first client, then in freelancing, as much as I have understood from my
experience, only one thing keep in mind that if you are doing freelancing in any field, if
you

are not an expert in it or if you are not extraordinary then do not enter secondly, you will
not be allowed to go for freelancing or setup your business in the future. If you have a

plan then do not enter into freelancing with half-baked planning because freelancing
works only on references and reviews. You will not get big projects without references
and without review.

So if you enter without preparation, you will earn only

Rs 25,30,50,000. Let's meet for this particular work and if your

reviews go wrong then you will not get work later. Keep in mind, if

you are not ready then do not enter. The day you feel that I am completely ready now,

I can do everything, only then take the entry. Very good. Now in continuation of this,

I have a question, okay, you are saying freelancing. If you are very professional and very

confident then only go to other wise and do what you are doing right. 25 has come, we
are

Which is Better : Job or Business in 2025?

2025, which is better job and business. Explain by giving examples because you

explain very well whether one should do a job or do a business. Layers emerge
depending on but I will not give my point of view. Today we

will hear from you. See, you have asked a very quick question. This is a subjective
question, but

if you want to do business, you can do business and the job is also not bad, but

That's why you shouldn't do business. I'll tell you when you

shouldn't do business or why you shouldn't do it. It's okay if you shouldn't do business

because you don't want to be a slave to anyone. Many people do this . it It seems that
doing a job means slavery, so I will do business,

you will never be successful, you see, those who are big businessmen never abuse the
job,

our house is running well, friend, I roam around in MG Hector, no one

is a slave. Does MG Hector give? Whoever has spread this, those who

say social media influence and finance influence are not saying anything wrong, I
support everyone but those things are being misinterpreted, students. An 18

year old person is not able to understand, he feels that doing a job means slavery, now I
have to do business only, then in that situation, do not go towards business in that
condition unless

you have complete knowledge of how to do business. What to do second, your

father has a lot of money, got 20 2 lakh rupees to invest, let's do business, if something
happens, then no, even in that case, you
should not do business if you think that you have a full You have a proof idea and you
have

a plan ready for about four years that if you don't do this workout then you will do this. If
you don't do this workout then you will do this. This is how clients will come. This is how
money will come.

Even if you don't have all these things. You should not go into business. You should first
do a job. You should get experience for two to four years. You should go to a product
company. How

a product is made. How a business is made. You should join a startup and gain
experience and then do it. Very good, very good Ankit, you have explained it

in the right way. told that Experience is very important only then the brain will work
exactly right.

Should Freshers focus on Investments?

The one who is saving

should invest his money in mutual funds like SIP in the starting time or else he

should invest it in his starting days . You have asked the question to the wrong person, I
don't know what it means about mutual fund and

SIP savings, I am an old school person, I

believe in property, house and farm. Buy Buy, I have recently bought three-four farms, so

you should save. Let me tell you some rules of saving which I

belong to the Bania community. Bania, money and saving are in our blood, there is no
doubt about it, it is our community. I have a method of saving in our blood.

I will tell you what we should do. Whatever we earned in December,

whatever we earned in any one month of every year, save it all, invest it. Do what you
have to do

but there is no use for it. Okay, you hold on to one month like I am with December.

Whatever money my entire family earns in December, even a single rupee,

we will not spend it anywhere. We will not spend any party in December. We do not
spend anything extra in December. We invest the entire amount.

We invest in plots and properties. If the savings of one year are not enough to buy plots
or properties, then Save it

in a savings account or in an FD, after accumulating it for two-three years,

save 10th part of every year. Second, every year, at least 1% of your entire year's income,

you will skill yourself. Invest to skill yourself up,

learn some new things, do grooming, spend on your own body, spend on your mind,
spend

on hair, take new courses, buy books, whatever you earn. If you are earning

Rs 1 lakh then Rs 1000, if you are earning Rs 10 lakh then Rs 10000. If you are earning Rs
1 crore then Rs 1 lakh has to be spent from anywhere. Rs 1 lakh has to be spent even if
you are not able to do so.

If you follow this principle, you will not even realize that in the coming five years you will
have improved yourself 10 times and not only

in your investment skills. I am getting a lot of life lessons from you even in the matter of
up-gradation, although I did not think that this

podcast will go in this direction, but Tech Journey Life Experience and that IIT example,
where did you take the things from and

where did this podcast also come from? Where are you going but I hope you are learning
a lot like this.

If we get the content and start working on it on our own, then life mindset

changes as you said. Let me ask you a question. If you want to answer, I would like to
know your point of view on whether to buy a house or live on rent. This is happening a lot
these days, people

Buy a House or Rent Home

are earning well but are living on rent. What is your point of view? I will give you an
example and tell you a story, then you tell me

what is your point of view. Ajay and Ankit were friends, it's okay, Ajay bought a house

for Rs 50 lakh, took EMI loan for Rs 500, Ankit was a little old, so he thought that

I live on rent of Rs 20,000, I will invest the remaining Rs 00 in SIP after 25 years,

Ankit. Bought the house next to Ajay in resale and Ankit's SIP and

mutual fund became worth Rs 15 crores. Now Ankit Ajay's house was bought, he bought
it

for half a crore, the house worth Rs 50 lakhs became worth half a crore, after 25-30
years it means Ankit
got the house also, he also got half a crore, now what did Ajay have, Ajay got the house,
the loan became free and

Ajay Ankit also earned two-three crores because Ajay was also earning, right Ajay, it
does not mean that he was not doing anything, so Ajay has a house and two crores,
Ankit has a house

and seven crores but Ajay There is something else too, Ajay

has family friends like Verma ji, Gupta ji Jaiswal ji and Madhuri Bhabhi with whom he has
a relationship of 30 years.

What's the matter? Ajay's children also live in Hyderabad. Ankit's children live in
Hyderabad.

Now Ankit is 15 after retirement. For 15 days he is going to his daughter's house. For

15 days he is going to his son's house. For 15 days he is going to his nephew's house. For
15 days he is going to his house because of his Rs. 7-8 crores. If there is investment then
there is another house, he

is staying there for 15 days, everyone is feeling that Ankit is very happy but Ankit is
empty inside

because he has no one to talk to, he is not feeling good anywhere, Ajay

does not go anywhere because the society. I have a very good bond with him. Every
evening everyone sits in the society and talks and remembers their old stories. Now

you tell me. Ajay is happy that Ankit is Sir Ajay. I agree that

Ankit has earned a little money but more. The 30 years of experience that Ajay

had in his house, the house he built, because while building a house, you would have
been living in that house, but the bonding

he created with his family and the platform he gave to the people coming to his house, I
think that What matters more is that I think a lot of people who

are leaving India and going to work outside India have family here, so now everyone has
different point of view here, but family come first is not good at all. You just go for now,

we have just come to this culture that we invest and live in rented houses, you think for
yourself after this video and all the uncles and aunties you know

who have had government jobs and who Transfers have been happening, observe his
life a bit and see whether there is stability in his life or not.

After retirement, he doesn't know what to do, he is studying alone, there is an exception
at 10. Why are people studying alone at 90 because they have
no one to talk to them in the society? Now everyone in the society talks to Ankit too, but
when there is a society meeting, Jaiswal ji, Madhuri Bhabhi and Ajay laugh about what.

Ankit has not come to know till date because he is laughing about 25 years old things
and is joking about it, right, that bonding can never be created, so when you

invest money, you only get money but When you build a house, you also get a house, you
get relationships, you get a purpose in life, second thing, I don't know

how finance influencers calculate and they calculate right, I support them, if your
expenditure is Rs 50,000 today then you get Rs 35,000. It will cost Rs 4 lakh after 20
years.

In the year 2000, I am talking about Indore. I live in Indore, so yes, in the year 2000, a

small house of four people. It used to cost Rs 000 to run a family in Indore, which
included children's education, household ration and if the house was on rent, then the
house rent and computer expenses were covered. Today I

am living in Indore, it costs Rs 500, but in 2000, my father spent Rs 5000. Even today
they have to spend Rs 5000 because they don't have to raise children, they

don't have school for their children, they don't have house rent, they don't have to pay
for the computer, it means if I don't have to go to school today. It costs Rs 500, which
covers my daughter's dive, which

covers the expenses of my car, all this comes to Rs 50. If after 25 years, I will not need
all this, then

even after 25 years, it will cost me thousands, there is no need of so much money. As
much as

we are thinking that we would need 5 lakh per month, people say to calculate inflation.
Do it together and see, don't you do it? Calculate it and

only after calculating inflation. If in 2000 it was costing Rs 50, then it is costing me Rs
50, but if it

cost Rs 50 in 2000, then it is costing him Rs 5 only because Aadhaar is not an expense. If
not, then you

don't need that much money, spend it on yourself, take a good car, take it on loan,
what's the problem, if you

don't drive the car now, then when will you drive it, no matter how much the loan is? You
buy a house in a good place, buy a house in a good society, make friends with good
people, go to the society,
join the society, donate donations, go to two stores, do all this, when will you do it, very
good

Ankit, I know many podcasts that different people are here. I am sitting here, I am
seriously getting to learn a lot from you, your tech experience and

your real life experience is amazing, it is very good, very insightful. Okay, so

Difference between Leader & Team Lead

I have one more question because the questions and If the issues are like this then it is
necessary to talk. I think you are the right person to answer that. So what is the
difference. You know

between a leader and a team lead? Very often people are team leaders and have

leadership quality which is the same, right? A leader should not have that, there is a lot
of difference, nowadays leaders have started coming but when

I was working in 2012 and before that, everyone was a team leader, nowadays

in today's generation, I am I belong, I am the team leader of today's generation, so

nowadays leaders have started coming. The biggest difference between a leader and a
team lead is

that the one who is a team lead gives responsibilities and the leader

who is a team lead takes the credit. The one who is a leader takes it, he gives credit

, the one who is a team leader, he blames, and the one who is a leader, takes all the
blame

and keeps his team safe. The one who is a team leader, tries to grow himself.

Neither one can grow himself, nor the team, nor the company, but the one who

is a leader, himself grows exponentially, his team also grows exponentially

and the company definitely grows. It is very wonderful that you have answered this and I
completely agree. You are absolutely right. By the time you understand this difference,

a lot of time has passed. We live in IT companies.

People get good packages. There remains one point regarding salary negotiation, if it is
okay then how to do a better negotiation to get a good offer. According to you, see

Salary Negotiation Tips

negotiation with a great will

and negotiation works because the person who has been appointed to pay the salary.
He has also made you sit by paying salary and his job is that you do not have to pay
salary, so if

you think that technically I think I am strong. So the person in front is also strong in his
field, it is right that he should not give me salary, but there are some ways

by which you can find out, there are some ways by which you

can get much closer to his budget and salary negotiation. What method do I follow, let
me

talk about it, what happens in general when we switch to IT, we have

1515 offers, only in IT, I do not have that much knowledge in other fields, rest in IT. So
what do we do? We accept 15 offers out of 15. This is the biggest

mistake we make. Now if you notice, there is not much difference between the 15 offers.
If the first offer was of Rs 10 lakh, the second was Rs 10,000,1050. 11 20 This

type of SLA is of 14, there is not much difference, what if we accept the off course 15,
then 14 are rejected. We will be blacklisted from the age of 14.

Even if some people are not blacklisted, they have the feeling that man, this person is of
no use, this person has ditched us. Two or four years of experience does not matter,

but when you have become a senior apple. Then it makes a difference what I do, I feel
that this company is such that I can join, I accept its offer,

after that when another offer comes, I give the entire salary for the interview.

I negotiate, I get their offer to accept, I don't accept,

okay, I tell them genuinely that as long as we have done this process, I am very happy
with this,

if HR will listen, tell me, if HR will listen

, then this trick of mine will work. She will not vote on me sir, there is no need for the
children.

If you tell me then am I serious? Am I saying that when this discussion was going on

for so many days because it would take at least four-five days? Within a few days, I have
got another interview and I think that can also be a good option for me,

so I don't want to ditch you by accepting the offer, so I am not accepting right now.

Can do give me some time now I have two months notice period left one and a half
month

left at the end if I think I should join you then I

will write you an email if you think this guy If you want to take it then call me otherwise I
am going wherever I am going so I tell 10 company ok this

is a great thing tell 10 company now I have an offer and tell 10 it

is 11 Accepted the offer of 12 also, now one has 10 and the other 12 have 18. Ok now I

say that I have a max offer of 18 but I think your company is the best

for me because you give me money, money doesn't matter to me. For me, culture
matters,

a few things have to be said, best 18, tell me what can you do,

now only 10 get the full offer, whereas we had 10 and a half 11 offers. Now we have 10
18 183 19

20 21 Whatever it is, 10 is directly talking to 18 and 18 again, with this there are chances
that if you get

2 lakh extra then it will become a better deal, very good, this thing comes

from experience. What we are getting to learn from Ankit right now is very good Ankit,
now

What is an Ideal Roadmap for Successful Tech Career

you have said so many good things, then a question arises for you that what is an idol?
Road Map for Successful Tech Career Instead of the ideal road map, let me tell you

that if I had taken admission in college today,

what would I have done, because I have seen the journey of 12 years after admission
from college, so now if What would I have done if I had started studying? Now what
would I have done if I had started a job? Now

if I had started studying, first of all I would have learned about the high end

technology like Struts Hibernate at that time. We were crazy about it. Learning Struts. Is
Hibernate: Do you have to learn Hibernate or do you have to be an absolute master in
SQL? You

have to learn store procedures. There was no need for that. There was no need to waste
time in it.

What are today's children crazy about? They are crazy about AI. Big data, data mining,
such high fundu words. There is nothing else other than that, there is no need

to build logical brilliance. What would I have done? Would I have created 200 exercises
or
would I have talked to my faculty or would I have hired an expert. Like you like me sir

tell me 200 exercises 50 basic 50 medium 50 advanced and 50 extra advanced level
whatever

you say 200 do this 200 on Java, do this 200 on NET, do this 200 on Angular, do

this 200 on Python This would have taken my logical brilliance to the next level and also
would have taught me every language. I would not have done this

till the second year, in the fourth year I would have done three certifications, at least the
first one would be Java,

if I have to catch any back end technology, for example, Java basic level certification,
one IEST QB testing certification and one Ajar. Or

any cloud certification from AWS and making a one-page resume,

what would have happened would have been my chances of short listing exponentially
increased.

Product Company I feel that after shortlisting the product company, I would submit my
resume to the company that I have experience in all the technologies,

have syntactic understanding, I have also created my own web projects, put their links,
put three certifications, shortlisting would have happened, it was just

a matter of cracking the interview. Very insightful and very good things you told last two
questions when we join the company

Best Way to Handle Work Pressure

there is work pressure so what is the best way to handle the work pressure and this is
very This is a serious topic,

there have been many incidents in between, you must have heard the news etc., so I
know how to tackle this thing, the time depends on how much the project is on fire and

the load comes accordingly, but according to you, sometimes your life. I too must have
been at such a time when I was carrying a very heavy load and it had a health impact
somewhere,

right, so see how to overcome. First of all, as I told you, I belong to the Baniya
community. If you have If you are a shopkeeper, have you seen that shops

open at 7:00 and close at 11? There

is no concept of work pressure in our community. I am completely against it. I don't

know that I am
able to match your thought process. Am I not? I am completely against the practice of
work pressure.

Tell me one thing to whoever is watching this video and it applies to you too. You will
open your email after this video. Kariga Last when you

sent the resume for the job, is it written in that resume Quick

Learner Experience in Problem Solving Extensive Experience in

Problem Critical Solving Critical Situations Handling Project in Critical Have you written
the situation? If you have written if you are a quick learner, learn

it till low, make it more, when you yourself have said that I am a quick learner, I can solve
critical problems, I can bring the business out of critical situations. Yes,

I can work on such a project in which minimal documentation of minimal knowledge is

available, then why is there talk of work pressure? See, I

agree with you. All the points you have said are sometimes put just to get some
attention from HR and once I go there these

things happen, everyone does it, your skills remain but as you yourself Also said:
Presentation of your resume should be very good for shortlisting.

Swap of left and right matters but at the same time. We often live in a work environment.
I agree. If the company is paying then you will do the work but there is a culture, let's say

it is like this for 14 hours, 15 hours, sometimes we also argue that I am taking time to
complete it, this also happens but sometimes the deadlines are very heavy. And

there I want to understand your point of view whether you should stay there or think of
leaving, look at the deadlines, you will definitely get tough deadlines

when you start earning money. Let me give you an example for this, if you look at your
life of 20 years or 30 years, whoever is your relative who is working like

a clerk in some office, his salary used to be around Rs 800, he did not get more salary
than that,

at that time the salary was Rs 7000. Salary was Rs 10,000, Rs 6,000 and Rs 7,000 were
household expenses,

which means 70 per cent of the salary was spent. Used to go to office at 11 o'clock,
used

to come at 4:00, work life balance was perfect, today it is very easy in Mumbai Pune, a
25 year old

boy gets ₹ lakh per month, basic expenses in Mumbai Pune Delhi
are only 203 thousand, it means you have to know about your earning. You are getting 10
times your expenses.

There will be off-course work pressure. Secondly,

why is there so much work in India in the IT industry? Tell me, what do you think, why so
much work comes to India? Resources They get it cheap, this is a myth, it means cheap
labor is what everyone says,

cheap labor is available in India, hence more work is done, of course it is a myth
because you and I, we get less salary for such employees, companies, service

companies charge the same amount. They charge as much as an employee in the US or
Europe charges

but still they are paying the same amount to the Indian company and are not working
from there because there is a culture of work life balance there. But if he goes to office
at 11 o'clock,

he comes to office at 7:00 and comes back at 2 o'clock. We are getting the work
because we complete the work quickly. If a European company can complete a project

in one year by staying in Europe, then In India, we are doing it in three months, why are
we getting work?

You are absolutely correct now I can relate this point, the actual logical reason that I am
understanding is that yes, you are right . Be that as it may, there it is two to four, two to
four right, not even one minute above four minutes, brother,

the work is over, we can start, we can start, but here there are no weeks, exactly
because of that,

we are getting 10 times the money, so we should be thankful. We need Europeans and
foreigners

to become our slaves or make us do the work. If you

are not able to do the work then we should be thankful if you feel that work pressure If
yes , then I feel that perhaps you do not have any compunction, that is why you are
feeling like

work pressure. The second reason is that many times we try to become heroes
ourselves. I have seen many such employees, I have seen my colleagues

who To show yourself a little extraordinary, you

take a critical task and put in a little extra effort and do it quickly. If the expectations
change, then you yourself have set that kind of expectation and then
you have to do it. You don't understand office politics, you don't know how to do
diplomatic work, that's why many times you have to take work pressure and in most of
the cases,

you will have work pressure because you are being paid 10 times of your status

and you You yourself are accepting that yes, pay me 10 times and

give me work pressure. I completely agree with you but I have a point of view in this. If
you are working in any company, if you are getting good money then the company.

she will take up the work If you are getting ₹ then you will have to pay for the work, this

is the business of the company in a way but when you are getting the work then you
have to be smart that how much

estimation you have to give is in your hands, you have proper justification. to be a region
If it is technical then it is all about handling, if there is work pressure,

even in that work pressure, if you are able to justify your points well, that brother, I will
spend 10 story points in this story, I will spend eight, the reason for this is that you have
clearly mentioned it

. The matter is completely over and now there is a mindset of work pressure. Now you
see, the work of shopkeepers, dairy shopkeepers, there

is no work balance in their life but these people have never Don't complain that no
doctor has ever complained that there is no work life balance in my life, rather they

work more than you, army officers, soldiers, ours, our police officers, police

personnel, police constables, these people never complain that there is no work life
balance. It is not just us IT people who are complaining that there is no work life balance

because our mindset is such that we want money but we

do not have to deliver what we have written in the resume and it should be very detailed.
Will go into this topic but

yes I agree with what you are saying but yes if you are getting money then you

have to give it also but with it smartness yes you do it smartly and

by playing a little diplomatically you do it for yourself, now I take out the right for my
company. There is an expectation from me that I should do all the work for you, so I do it
for you and my videos are also made

and if I sit here, then he is also happy, I am also happy, everyone is happy, Ankit,
seriously, it was very nice
Final Words & Closing Notes

to talk to you. A little about your journey Jaan's life lessons, we also covered some other
segments

because life is fresher when we start our company, our dream

comes true, life changes, we get married, we have children, we have responsibilities,
our parents are getting old. Responsibilities come

and you have said a lot indirectly, I don't know if you have realization about this

but today you have talked about many such points which people

should know. Because you are not experiencing this today, but you will experience these
things in the coming few years. If you are mentally prepared today,

then your future will be easy. Right, it was great to talk to you again and

I learned a lot more. Got an S in person, we are talking, I hope this podcast has taught
you a lot, but if you want to connect personally,

I have given the link in the description, you can connect directly, very good. They say this
and the stories they have, the experiences they

have, they teach a lot, they are not made like this, it is 12 years of hard work, they have
done it well and the one they say, they have rubbed themselves and that is what made
this. If you like this podcast then
