In response to the current situations, there the number of stealing acts of the personal information is increasing of
the rational properties thatcan be a major problem which is mainly due to the confusion and lack of interactions
situation. There are some intellectual professionalismrights with Australian legislations that are:Trademarks Act

tradeproducts of the company. The standard that will enact and relate with Australian organizations is the trade
agreement code ofpractice. Public governance, performance and accountability act 2013, this act is responsible
for protecting the law of copyright the productdetails by other organizations that we can relate the Australian

Section 3 – Justifying a Decision and Recommending Appropriate Action
Make short text responses to the five (5) questions in the spaces provided. Each response should be between 50 - 80 words (Total not to exceed
400 words).

1. What were the most important professional ethics issues/dilemmas for you in your scenario? (Reference at least two core issues)

In this conversation, I can say that this discussion is supported the applicable standards and clauses of legislations
policies for ACS code ofprofessionalism with the accounting firm software framework where we are analyzed the
responsibilities and possibilities that may resolve thecomplexities and consequences faced in this case scenario.
The most important ethical dilemma was faced by Bao based on theprofessionalism of implementing the new
policy that would affect the employees.

2. What do you believe are the most appropriate decisions to be made here for management, organisation and employees?

I believe that the most appropriate decisions for these factors of firms are the management task of analyzing and
report that has been givenby Bhavneet, the manager that is capable of focusing on the prevention of
consequences or issues that can relate with rational terms ofcompany. Here, I can say that these rational issues
need to be held by applying these ACS codes of conduct (Tønnessen et al., 2017).

3. Who is responsible for taking what action here and why? (Name names!)

Here, Bao is responsible for taking action because he is the key between management and employees. He must
take the right action thatwould benefit both the employees and the firm in the long term. Bao’s action of not
implementing the policy could backfire him, and the firmcould continue facing loss. His action of implementing the
policy would mean docking employees’ salaries.

4. What can be done, or what strategies can be implemented to ensure that a similar situation does not occur again?

In this, we can implement a strategy that could be more effective and efficient in this business case scenario. That

is, this can engage the members or junior management who should or need to work for the improvement and on
the growth of professional development. Also, there is a requirement to be focused on records of the standards and
values of the firm providing credits to others who are working.

5. What did you learn from reading this scenario?

I have learned several key values, ethics from this discussion, such as the considered facts and most important
clauses for a manager who isworking in a firm to solve incompatible situations. Also, the techniques that can
leverage the company profits need to implement when thefirm is not doing well to generate the level of profit
revenues. Also, the most important learning is connectivity between the team members.
