Dear Sir

The seller sold two laptops locally but the payments were held. After discussing with eBay support, the buyer returned the laptops but the refund was not processed. The seller followed up multiple times with eBay support but has not received confirmation that the refund went through to the buyer. The seller is looking for an update on the status of the refund process and when the buyer can expect to receive the refunded money.

Dear sir, I have sold 2 (two) nos of laptop, and also shipped same day through local currier

(Hand to Hand) as like Local Pick up , Because shipping address is in same city as me. Buyers also confirm the delivery but still my remittance are in hold. Regarding this I have talked with ebay customer support & she told me that Hand to had delivery is not a paisa pay transaction so it will be return to buyer and after that you can take(laptops or money) from buyer, Reference no. for customer support assistance is 12632583234 and Based on suggestion given by customer support, I enquired with buyer but he replied hat there was no any return payment from ebay & he refused to return the leptops So How can I get Money or my laptops back I also sold one another leptop and he is not from my city, and I have to ship this leptop with in three days but because of above issue, I have doubt on ebay selling Kindly assist me for the same

Dear Sir/Madam, Good Evening, My self Khyati Patel & my Ebay ID is khyatispatel, Last week I have discussed with You (Ebay- Customer Support Executive) through chat regarding the remittance holding for two item which I sold, (Pay ID are 30869023087 & 30868972087) As suggested by customer support executive, I have discussed with buyer and he returned both the item and also I have sent a mail to [email protected] regarding returning the payment to buyer. After sending the mail once again I discussed with (Ebay- Customer Support Executive) through chat regarding the same by last week, Day before Yesterday also I have discussed with (Ebay- Customer Support Executive), she informed that they have started the initiation for refund process but still I didnt get any mail regarding returning the payment to buyer nor buyer has received money return.

Yesterday also I have discussed with (Ebay- Customer Support Executive), they informed that they will refund by tomorrow but still I didnt get any mail regarding returning the payment to buyer nor buyer has received money return. I want to know the status of that refund process and when buyer can get the refund.
