Posting Work To Clients

We use this email to “post,” or send, work to clients for review and approval. We’ve
developed this language with the goal of reducing revisions, keeping the client on track
and focused on exactly what we need feedback or approval on. Feel free to adapt this
template to your needs, but this works like a dream for us.

SUBJECT LINE

The subject line is one of the most important areas to be consistant when posting work.
By keeping the format the same every time, the client can search for the word “Post” in
their email client and find your submission easily. They can also recognize the project
status easily: It’s right there in the subject line!
