and learned about essential performance measures has provided me with a strong foundation in
assessing operational efficiency.

Capacity analysis, I've learned how to conceptualize and optimize capacity within organizations.
From understanding process design to implementing de-bottlenecking techniques, I now possess the
skills to enhance operational effectiveness significantly.
Week 3
This week's focus on supply chain management has been enlightening. I've grasped the intricacies of
designing efficient supply chains, along with strategies for inventory planning and reverse supply
chain optimization.
Week 4
Productivity improvement has been a key takeaway this week. Learning about productivity
management philosophies, tools, and overcoming challenges in Lean Management has equipped me
with the knowledge to drive sustained productivity gains within my organization.
