I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:

1. Read sight words in phrases, sentences, and short paragraphs.

2. Match pictures with their corresponding sight words.

3. Write sight words that describe given pictures.

II. Subject Matter:


Title: Sight Words

References: MELC/PIVOT pages 7-9, Google

Materials: TV, videos, flashcards, worksheets, picture cards, manila paper

III. Procedure:

Day 1

A. Motivation:
- Show a short animated video that introduces simple sight words.

- Ask students what words they noticed in the video.

B. Presentation:
1. Review previous sight words.

2. Introduce new sight words with visual aids.

C. Activity:
- Play 'Sight Word Bingo' where students mark sight words when called.

D. Application:
- Provide worksheets where students trace and write sight words.

E. Evaluation:
- Quick oral reading drill using sight word flashcards.

F. Assignment:
- Find five sight words in a favorite storybook and write them down.
Day 2

A. Motivation:
