COURSE DESIGN
COURSE DESCRIPTION :
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, positive attitude and work
values of a student/learner on competencies such as, participate in workplace
communication, work in a team environment, practice career professionalism, and
practice occupational health and safety, prepare construction materials and tools, perform
mensuration, maintain tools and equipment, observe procedures specifications and
manuals of instructions, and interpret technical drawings and plans.
This cover the special competencies to enable a person to perform assembling and
dismantling of shoring/scaffolding, installation and stripping of system formwork
utilizing various types of materials, and technologies in constructing various structures
in a diverse construction work environment.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate/trainee must reach/poses any of the following qualification:
